Digital content is indexed and available to be provided to a target audience based upon possible interest. Components and/or sensors detect audience-related data indicative of the target audience, possible audience interest, audience behavior, and other audience-related factors. Components and/or sensors detect device-related data indicative of available devices to which available content may be sent, transmission paths for the content, and related factors. An analysis and matching engine matches the available content to the target audience and one or more of the devices and selects content, devices, and transmission paths for directing the selected content for an enhanced audience experience.

Digital content audience matching and targeting system and method

In one embodiment, a method is provided. The method includes using a processor to receive pre-defined rules related to one or more desired characteristics of available digital content. The pre-defined rules indicate user preferences for receiving the available digital content with a personal computing device. The method further includes using a processor to determine current operating conditions corresponding to the pre-defined rules and to identify the one or more desired characteristics of available digital content based on the pre-defined rules and the current operating conditions. The method also includes using a processor to identify a data channel from one or more data channels. The identified data channel is configured to receive the available digital content from a content delivery system based on the pre-defined rules and the current operating conditions. The method also includes using the processor to receive digital content with the personal computing device via the identified data channel, where the received digital content includes the one or more desired characteristics.

Systems and methods for a user-defined experience

Providing for mobile communications incorporating Internet Protocol (IP) persistence is described herein. By way of example, IP persistence can be implemented for a mobile device receiving IP data content over a mobile network. Particularly, if the mobile device encounters a region of poor wireless coverage, the IP data content can be transmitted to the mobile device over a plurality of base stations concurrently. Thus, the IP persistence can comprise duplicating the IP data content and transmitting separate independent wireless transmissions of the content to the mobile device from separate cells or separate transmitters. The duplicate transmitting can be continued while the mobile device is within the region of poor wireless coverage, until a suitable quality of service or quality of experience parameter is met for a serving network, or the like.

Internet protocol session persistence for mobile communications

A method for minimizing a physical queue for a first guest attraction, the method including storing a guest identifier corresponding to a guest in a first virtual queue, wherein a position of the guest within the first virtual queue is associated with an estimated wait time for the first guest attraction, updating the first virtual queue when the position of the guest within the first virtual queue is changed, providing a notification to the guest to enter the physical queue when the position of the guest in the first virtual queue is less than or equal to a threshold position of the first virtual queue, removing the guest identifier from the first virtual queue in response to an indication to dequeue the guest from the first virtual queue, storing the guest identifier in a second virtual queue corresponding to the physical queue, and removing the guest identifier from the second virtual queue in response to an indication that the guest is exiting the physical queue.
