The filter has a gain of about zero at a predetermined frequency. A power conversion device according to the present invention includes a power semiconductor module configured to convert power, a first capacitor configured to smooth the power, a conductor section forming a first power path between a power terminal and the first capacitor and a second power path between the first capacitor and the power semiconductor module, a noise filter section including a second capacitor that smooths power having a higher frequency than a frequency of the power smoothed by the first capacitor, and a cooling section forming a cooling surface, and the noise filter section is connected to the conductor section forming the first power path, and the conductor section forming the first power path is arranged in a space between the cooling surface and the noise filter section.

Power conversion device with efficient cooling structure

An acoustic emission wave detection system and an acoustic emission wave detector are provided. The acoustic emission wave detection system includes an acoustic emission wave detector, a photoelectric converter, and a determination processor. The acoustic emission wave detector includes a housing, an optical fiber that guides light from a wideband light source into the housing, and an FBG housed in the housing and having a diffractive grating that reflects light guided into the housing. The FBG is fixed on a side of the other end in the housing such that the light guided into the housing is received by one end thereof. An acoustic emission wave from a high-voltage apparatus is received by the other end thereof. Due to the insulation resistance of the FBG, the acoustic wave detector can be installed close to or in contact with the high-voltage apparatus without introducing discharges or noise from the high-voltage apparatus.

Provided are an electromagnetic valve control unit and a fuel injection control device using the same that can precisely detect a change of an operating state of an electromagnetic valve, that is, a valve opening time or a valve closing time of the electromagnetic valve, precisely correct a drive voltage or a drive current applied to the electromagnetic valve, and appropriately control opening/closing of the electromagnetic valve, with a simple configuration. In an electromagnetic valve control unit for controlling opening/closing of an electromagnetic valve by a drive voltage and a drive current to be applied, the drive voltage and the drive current applied to the electromagnetic valve are corrected on the basis of a detection time of an inflection point from time series data of the drive voltage and the drive current when the electromagnetic valve is opened/closed.

The object of the present invention is to compensate for a difference in threshold voltage between a plurality of switching devices incorporated in a power module. The present invention solves the subject described above by mounting a switching device having a high threshold voltage in comparison with a different switching device at a location at which the temperature of the power module during operation is higher than that at another location at which the different switching device is mounted. Eventually, a power conversion apparatus of a high performance and a vehicle drive apparatus of a high performance can be provided.

The present invention is to provide a magnet coil drive control device that can efficiently suppress conduction noise while reducing the capacitance of a capacitor. A capacitor and an impedance element are arranged in series on the connecting line connecting the positive electrode line and the negative electrode line of a DC power supply, the connecting line between the capacitor and the impedance element is connected to one end of a magnet coil via a freewheeling diode, and the portion between the freewheeling diode and the one end of the magnet coil is connected to the positive electrode line or the negative electrode line by a switching element. Conduction noise caused by the driving current of the magnet coil can be suppressed by the impedance element, and the capacitance of the capacitor can be further reduced. Accordingly, the magnet coil drive control device can be made smaller in size.
