In a base station, control circuitry determines, based on an offset for defining a frequency position of a narrowband allocated to an MPDCCH and a resource block group size of a system band, allocations of a first EPDCCH set and a second EPDCCH set that constitute the MPDCCH. The MPDCCH is a PDCCH for MTC. The second EPDCCH set has a different number of PRBs from the first EPDCCH set. A transmitter transmits a control signal according to the allocations of the first EPDCCH set and the second EPDCCH set. Further, the control circuitry controls a number of RBGs in which both the first EPDCCH set and the second EPDCCH set are allocated to be zeto or one.

Base station, terminal, transmission method, and reception method

Provided is a base station that performs feedback with regard to data transmission. The base station includes a downlink feedback information (DFI) generation unit and a transmitter. On the basis of a resource allocation configuration that was configured by a terminal, the DFI generation unit determines a transmission method for feedback information that includes a response signal regarding uplink data. The transmitter transmits the feedback information on the basis of the transmission method.

Base station, terminal, and communication method

A base station () is provided with a transmitter and a receiver. The transmitter () transmits a downlink signal in a downlink transmission region, in a time unit that includes the downlink transmission region, an uplink transmission region, and a gap period that is a switching point between the downlink transmission region and the uplink transmission region. The receiver () receives an uplink signal in the uplink transmission region, in the time unit. The present disclosure aims at allowing a demodulation reference signal (DMRS) pattern suitable for a terminal to be selected from among a plurality of DMRS patterns including Legacy DMRS and Reduced DMRS. Disclosed is a terminal including: reception sectionthat receives uplink control information; control sectionthat determines a specific mapping pattern from among a plurality of mapping patterns for an uplink DMRS on the basis of the control information; and DMRS generating sectionthat generates a DMRS according to the specific mapping pattern.

The integrated circuit includes: transmission circuitry, which, in operation, transmits uplink channels of a first cell group and a second cell group, wherein a cell group includes one or more cells; and power control circuitry, which is coupled to the transmission circuitry and which, in operation, controls a transmission power of the uplink channels of the second cell group, wherein, in response to simultaneous transmission of: the uplink channel(s) of the first cell group on which uplink control information is multiplexed; and a plurality of reference signals on the uplink channels of the second cell group. The power control circuitry uniformly reduces the transmission power of the uplink channels of the second cell group based on a transmission power of the uplink channel(s) of the first cell group.

A base station is disclosed, which is capable of appropriately configuring the timings of data assignment, data transmission and reception, and feedback for a case where the DL and UL sTTI lengths are different from each other. In this base station (), a transmission section () transmits a downlink signal using a first short transmission time interval (sTTI) shortened in length than a TTI and used for downlink; and a reception section () receives an uplink signal using a second sTTI shortened in length than the TTI and used for uplink.
