A method and a system with which a primary user, in particular a mobile radio operator, can make a part of the radio spectrum range which is reserved exclusively for the mobile radio operator available in localized and/or time-restricted fashion to a local end user who requested the restricted usage authorization of the radio spectrum range using registered credentials at the mobile radio operator. By way of the credentials the mobile radio operator can allow the local end user limited usage of that radio spectrum range in fee-bearing fashion and can bill same. The local user can then use the assigned frequency band in accordance with his own needs. In particular the user can wirelessly transmit signals in the assigned frequency range between end devices to which no credentials are allocated and in that situation use a transmission protocol which is not defined for the mobile radio network.

Method and system for coordinated use of mobile radio frequencies

There is set forth a method and a system for recording and synchronizing audio and video signals. The audio signal and the video signal are stored together with time stamps from a respective associated system clock. The invention relates to an adaptation of the duration of the recorded audio sequence to the duration of an associated video sequence in order to level out differences in synchronization of the two system clocks. Alignment of the two system clocks is also introduced, which is based on a data transfer which has variable waiting times for the access to a transmission channel. This thus permits clock alignment with means as are available for example on a smartphone.

A method for wirelessly transmitting audio signals based on the Bluetooth protocol from a Bluetooth audio source to a computer device (audio sink). An audio signal is converted in the Bluetooth audio source into an audio data packet. The audio data packets are converted into L2CAP data packets in the Bluetooth audio source based on a protocol with access to the L2CAP layer, and wirelessly transmitted. The Bluetooth audio source suppresses renewed transmission of L2CAP data packets which were erroneous or which were not received by the sink. Real-time transmission or reproduction of the audio stream or the audio signal can thus be effected. The audio stream or an audio signal on the L2CAP layer may be transmitted with a reduced repetition rate in respect of erroneous data packets. Access to RFCOMM or another data transport protocol with access to the L2CAP layer can be provided from the application layer.

Method for wirelessly transmitting audio signals on the basis of the bluetooth standard and wireless microphone unit

An audio transmission system including a wireless digital microphone unit which detects audio signals and wirelessly transmits the detected audio signals based on adjustable transmission settings and transmission parameters, and a central unit. The central unit has a monitor unit for monitoring and analyzing a frequency spectrum of an available frequency band, a link adaptation unit which adapts the microphone's transmission settings and parameters based on the results of the monitor unit, and a transmitting/receiving unit for receiving wirelessly transmitted audio signals from the wireless microphone unit and for transmitting transmission settings and transmission parameters via a return channel to the wireless microphone unit. The microphone's transmission settings and parameters are modified based on the transmission settings and transmission parameters transmitted via the return channel, which have a center frequency of a channel, a selection of a modulation method and parameters thereof, a data rate, and/or a channel encoding.

Digital wireless audio transmission system and method for wireless audio transmission

There is provided a method of frequency assignment of wireless radio audio transmission systems having a plurality of wireless transmitters and at least one wireless receiver. The wireless transmitters can represent first wireless transmitters which in the switched-on condition can approach another wireless transmitter below an established minimum spacing and second wireless transmitters which in the switched-on condition cannot approach below the minimum spacing. The wireless transmitters serve for example to transmit an audio signal wirelessly to the at least one wireless receiver. The transmission frequencies of the first wireless transmitters are assigned having regard to possible intermodulation effects. The transmission frequencies of the second wireless transmitters are assigned having regard to the relative spatial distances of the second wireless transmitters relative to each other.

There is provided a wireless audio transmission system, in particular a wireless microphone system, for wireless audio transmission. The system has at least one wireless microphone unit for detecting audio signals and for wirelessly transmitting the detected audio signals, and a central unit. The central unit has a wireless receiving unit for receiving the wirelessly transmitted audio signals from the wireless microphone units, a pilot tone transmitting unit for transmitting a first pilot tone on a pilot channel, and a pilot tone receiving unit for receiving and processing a second pilot tone signal. The pilot tone signal has information in respect of the wireless transmission between the microphone units and the central unit.

There is provided a headset having a head band, at least one fork for receiving an earpiece and a receiving portion between an end of the head band and one of the forks. The fork is arranged pivotably about a pivot axis. The fork has a first end having a support element. The receiving portion has a slider having at least two receiving positions. The support element engages into one of the at least two receiving positions of the slider and thus limits the maximum deflection of the fork about the pivot axis.

There is provided a method of determining a transmission quality when receiving audio signals which are transmitted over a frequency-modulated path in analog form. For that purpose a frequency-modulated audio signal is received and IQ demodulation of the input signal is implemented. The I- and the Q-path of the demodulated baseband signal are subjected to analog/digital conversion. Alternatively the input signal can first be digitized and then subjected to IQ demodulation. A multiplicity of N samples is detected. The amount of the N samples is formed. A reference value is determined from the amount of the N samples. Each of the N samples is standardized to the reference value. A measurement in respect of the fluctuations in the standardized amounts is determined. The measurement in respect of the fluctuations indicates the quality of the transmission path.

Method for determining a transmission quality when receiving audio signals and receiving unit

There is provided an interface adapter for receiving a microphone, wherein the interface adapter has a receiving unit with a through hole for receiving a microphone and an arresting unit for arresting a received microphone. That permits the microphone to be easily fixed on a boundary surface or interface, such as for example on a table top, a glass plate, tiles, wooden floors, concrete floors and the like. In other words the use of the interface adapter defines an interface which plays an important part in audio recording.

A clamping holder comprises an arrangement of a first leg and a second leg which are constructed in such a way that they can be moved towards one another. An adjusting device acts on at least one of the legs. Activation of the adjusting device enables a movement of the legs towards one another so that the objects to be clamped can be locked in position. A device is also provided that cancels the locking effect and that holds the adjusting device at the clamping holder.
