A bearing system for a first vehicle part, e.g., a driver's cab of a truck, on a second vehicle part, e.g., a vehicle frame, the first vehicle part being movable from a first position relative to the second vehicle part into a second position, includes a shaft about which the first vehicle part is rotatable from the first position relative to the second vehicle part into the second position, a first flexible bearing element disposed in a first shaft section of the shaft and a second flexible bearing element disposed in a second shaft section of the shaft. The first vehicle part is supported on the shaft in the first shaft section via a first supporting element and in the second shaft section via the flexible second bearing element. The shaft is supported in its first shaft section on the second vehicle part via the first flexible bearing element and in its second shaft section via a second supporting element.

Bearing system for a first vehicle part, in particular designed as a driver's cab of a truck, on a second vehicle part, in particular designed as a vehicle frame

A mount for mounting a cab on a vehicle frame includes a first and a second mounting part, one of which is provided on the cab and the other of which is provided on the frame. The mount further includes a vibration damper acting between frame and cab. The first mounting part includes an inner anchoring part and an outer anchoring part that is movable with respect to the inner anchoring part, the outer anchoring part radially enclosing the inner anchoring part, an elastic spring element acting between the inner and the outer anchoring parts, the cab being raiseable with respect to the vehicle frame, e.g., in a swiveling manner, from a driving position into a service position, and being lowerable from the service position into the driving position. In response to raising the cab into the service position, the first and the second mounting parts are separated from each other, and, in response to lowering the cab into the driving position, the first and second mounting parts are reconnected. In the driving position, the first mounting part is accommodated in a receptacle formed on the inner anchoring part. A centering device is provided, which aligns the first mounting part with respect to the second mounting part in response to the cab being lowered into the driving position.

Mount for mounting a cab on a vehicle frame

A hydraulic sleeve having at least two liquid-filled working chambers. These chambers are in flow communication with one another through a damping channel. The hydraulic sleeve comprises an inner supporting body surrounded by an outer supporting body. A radial clearance is maintained between the inner and outer supporting bodies. An elastic spring element of elastomeric material is arranged in the gap formed by the radial clearance, and at least one separately produced insertion part is arranged in at least one of the working chambers. The elastic spring element has an essentially triangular cross-section and bounds the first working chamber. The insertion part is arranged within the triangularly bounded, first working chamber, has an essentially .OMEGA.-shaped cross-section, and divides the first working chamber into three sectional chambers. The sectional chambers are in flow communication with one another through two throttle orifices that are bounded by the elastic spring element and the insertion part.

Hydraulic sleeve

A hydraulically-damping sleeve-type rubber spring with an inner support element, which is surrounded by an outer support element at a radial distance. A spring element made of an elastomeric material is arranged in the gap formed by the radial distance. The outer support element and the spring element delimit at least one working chamber, which is connected with at least one first equalization chamber by at least one damping channel to conduct fluid. Viewed in cross-section, the first equalization chamber is delimited by the outer support element and a rubber-elastic expansion wall, where at least one second equalization chamber is arranged in the first equalization chamber, and the second equalization chamber is connected with the working chamber by a connecting channel.

A hydraulically damping rubber bearing comprising an inner supporting body surrounded with radial clearance by an outer supporting body. The inner and the outer supporting bodies are joined together by a resilient elastomeric element forming the boundary of a working chamber filled with damping fluid. The working chamber is separated from a compensating chamber by a separating wall having at least one duct-shaped opening and is connected to the compensating chamber in a manner such that it is in fluid communication with it. The compensating chamber is sealed on the side facing away from the separating wall by a compensating membrane. The separating wall has a centrally arranged opening which surrounds the inner supporting body with radial clearance, the annular gap formed by the clearance being designed as a damping duct. The separating wall also has at least one window filled in by a window membrane made of elastomeric material to isolate higher frequency vibrations.

A liquid-filled bearing having a hydraulic damping device and two fittings which surround one another and are joined by an elastic spring element of elastomer material, there being at least one movable partition wall disposed between two liquid-filled chambers. At least one of the fittings has a gap extending essentially parallel to a moving direction and open in the direction of at least one of the two chambers. The partition wall consists of elastomer material and joins together surfaces defining the gap as the result of a rolling-diaphragm-type profile.

A hydraulically damping rubber sleeve spring containing two annular parts is disclosed. The parts are assembled axially, and each annular part has an inner support sleeve and an outer support sleeve surrounding the inner one with radial spacing, as well as a spring element made of an elastomeric material which connects the support sleeves. The annular parts are provided with at least two recesses, and are configured and assembled such that the recesses complement one another to form first and second fluid-filled working chambers. The chambers are sealed with respect to the environment and joined to one another, in a manner allowing fluid to pass, by at least one damping passage. The two spring elements of the annular parts are braceable against one another in such a way that the axial and radial spring stiffness can be adjusted separately from one another.

An outer supporting body (2) surrounds an inner supporting body (1) at a radial distance therefrom, the bodies being supported on one another by a cushion (3) of rubber-elastic material which defines at least three chambers (4, 5, 6) filled with damping fluid. The first and the second chambers (4, 5) are connected to one another in a fluid-carrying manner by a connecting passage (7) and radially they at least partially surround the third chamber (6), which is defined toward the first and second chambers (4, 5) by diaphragm-like elastomeric walls.

In a hydraulically damped rubber bearing, a supported component is attached to a supporting component by an element made of resilient material. The supported and supporting components enclose an activating chamber occupied by a fluid. The activating chamber is separated from a compensation chamber by a partition. The partition accommodates at least one port. At least some of the partition is flexible. The compensation chamber is sealed off from outside by a diaphragm secured to the supporting component. The flexible section of the wall and the diaphragm are molded in one piece. The molding is fastened to the partition essentially fluid-tight in the zone between the flexible section and the diaphragm.

Hydraulically damping rubber engine mount comprising an inner tube (1) and an outer tube (2) surrounding the inner tube at a radial distance therefrom, the tubes being joined together by a rubber-elastic cushion (3) having two liquid-filled working chambers (4, 5) separated from one another by a dividing wall (6) capable of vibration and are joined to one another by at least one connecting passage (7). A gas-filled cavity (8) is disposed within the first working chamber (4) and defined by inflatable walls which have in at least a partial area an opening to the atmosphere and are surrounded at least partially by the working chamber.

A sleeve bearing comprising two thrust-bearing parts wherein one thrust-bearing part surrounds the other. The two thrust-bearing parts extend essentially parallel to one axis and are braced against each other by a resilient member made of rubber elastic material. The resilient member defines at least one pair of fluid-filled chambers which are connected by at least one damping opening and are arranged so that they diametrically oppose one another. The chambers are bounded in the axial direction on both sides by end walls, which are elastically deformable in one partial area. Each end wall has a rigid zone which resists deformation. At one end of each fluid chamber, the rigid zone of the end wall extends to the inner thrust-bearing part, and at the other end of each fluid chamber, the rigid zone of the end wall extends to the outer thrust-bearing part.

A rubber bearing that suppresses vibrations hydraulically includes two liquid-filled compartments that communicate through an antivibration aperture and are separated from two gas compartments by a resilient diaphragm. The gas compartments also communicate with each other through a connecting aperture. The bearing serves to isolate acoustically irritating vibrations of smaller amplitude.
