A metering pump enables simple fluid metering, has an extended service life, and is of compact construction. The metering pump includes a piston rod in operative connection with a control body which has a circumferential sealing zone, in that the internal circumference of the sealing cylinder radially surrounds the sealing zone. On the piston rod side, a compensating zone, which is at a greater radial distance from the sealing cylinder than the sealing zone, adjoins the sealing zone at least in portions, and in that the control body, after passing beyond the control edge in the actuation direction of the actuator, at least largely severs the fluid connection.

Metering pump

The invention relates to a pump for pumping a fluid, including an inlet, an outlet, and a pumping chamber, wherein a valve is arranged between the inlet and the pumping chamber or between the pumping chamber and the outlet. The valve includes a valve body having a valve seat pointing in the direction of the outlet, and a valve member that interacts with the valve seat, wherein the valve member is loaded under pre-loading against the valve seat into a closed position of the valve and allows fluid to pass through in a pumping direction due to the valve member lifting off against the pre-load, wherein the valve body is accommodated in a receptacle of a pump part. A pump for which the development of noises and vibrations is reduced in that the valve body can move axially relative to the receptacle that accommodates the valve body.

Pump

The invention relates to a reciprocating piston pump having a magnet drive and a first displacement chamber and a second displacement chamber, which are separated from each other by a piston, wherein both displacement chambers are connected to each other by a fluid-conducting channel. An overflow valve is arranged in the channel and allows a preferred flow from the first displacement chamber to the second displacement chamber, wherein an additional return valve is arranged either in a transition region between an inlet and the first displacement chamber or in a transition region between the second displacement chamber and an outlet, an armature of the magnet drive being firmly connected to the piston.

Pressure-regulating reciprocating-piston pump having a magnet drive

The invention relates to a reciprocating piston pump for delivering a liquid. The pump includes a solenoid with an actuator and an outlet port. A check valve with a seat body is assigned to the outlet port for keeping a return flow of the liquid out of the reciprocating piston pump. The seat body bears an impact damping face at a front face facing away from a valve seat of the check valve, and the valve seat of the check valve and the impact damping face are made from the same elastomer material.
