The reel assembly () is characterized in that the reel assembly () further includes a blocking mechanism () that operatively couples with the reel assembly () and cooperates with the reel () for selective rotation of the reel (). The blocking mechanism () disallows rotation of the reel () in absence of coupling of the reel assembly () within the housing ().
