An apparatus for detecting a number of revolutions of a rotatable shaft, is proposed, which apparatus encompasses a magnet disposed on the shaft, and a micromechanical device. A detection element of the micromechanical device, which element interacts with the magnet, is advanced stepwise upon each movement of the magnet past the micromechanical device in accordance with the movement direction of the magnet.

Device and method for detecting the number of revolutions of a rotatable shaft

An optical sensor chip device and a corresponding production method. The optical sensor chip device includes a substrate having a front side and a rear side; at least one first optical sensor chip for acquiring a first optical spectral range, the chip being attached to the substrate; and a first sealed cavern fashioned above an upper side of the first optical sensor chip. The first optical sensor chip is situated on a first side of the first cavern, and a first optical device is situated on an opposite, second side of the first cavern.

Optical sensor chip device and corresponding production method

A sensor system has a rotational angle sensor for detecting a rotational angle and a torque sensor for detecting a torque. The rotational angle sensor has a rotatable rotational angle transmitter having index elements. The torque sensor has a rotatable torque transmitter having magnets, which generate a magnetic field, and a magnetic flux unit for amplifying the magnetic field. The index elements and the magnetic flux unit are connected to one another in a rotationally fixed manner.

Sensor system

A device for preventing the start-up or initial operation of a vehicle, in particular of a motor vehicle, by a vehicle driver who is under the influence of alcohol, as well as a vehicle equipped with such a device. The device includes a device for determining the alcohol content in the breath, blood, tissue, sweat of the skin, or in the interstitial tissue fluid of the vehicle driver, as well as an immobilizer which prevents the start-up or the initial operation of the vehicle when the alcohol content in the vehicle driver's breath, blood, tissue, sweat of the skin, or interstitial tissue fluid, that is ascertained by the device, exceeds a specified threshold value. Means are provided for bypassing or disabling the immobilizer.

Alcohol immobilizer having an emergency drive option

A device for determining a torque and/or a rotational angle of a shaft, which has a circuit carrier, which is concentric to the shaft, and on which at least two current-conducting printed conductor sections are situated. The device additionally has one transducer element, which is concentric to the shaft and is rotatable in relation to the circuit carrier, having at least one first subarea made of electrically conductive material and at least one second subarea made of electrically nonconductive material. Upon application of a torque to the shaft, the transducer element rotates in relation to the circuit carrier, whereby an overlap area between the printed conductor sections and the first subarea(s) of the transducer element changes and thus a change in an inductance of the printed conductor sections occurs.
