A cable hanger includes: a generally flat base with at least one opening; first and second arms extending in a first direction from opposite edges of the base; first and second locking members extending in the first direction from, respectively, ends of the first and second arms, each of the locking members comprising a respective hook; first and second gripping members, each of the first and second gripping members extending from the base or one of the arms and forming a pocket configured to receive and grasp a cable; and first and second stabilizing features, each mounted to and extending from a respective one of the first and second locking members. The first and second locking members are forced toward each other to mount the cable hanger in a mounting location vis the hooks, such movement causing the first and second gripping members to grasp a cable in the pocket. The first and second stabilizing features are configured so that engagement of the first and second stabilizing members inhibits relative movement of the first and second locking members.

A cable hanger includes: a base panel having opposed ends; a pair of arms, each of the arms attached to a respective end of the base panel and having a free end; a pair of locking projections, each of the locking projections attached to a respective free end of the arms; and a pair of gripping members, each gripping member attached to a respective arm, each gripping member having opposed ends, wherein one of the ends of each gripping member is fixed to the arms and the other of the ends of each gripping member is fixed to the arm or to the base panel. The arms and locking projections are configured to spread apart to enable insertion of a cable between the arms, wherein the gripping projections engage and grip the cable, and wherein the locking projections are configured to be inserted into the aperture of the supporting structure.

The present disclosure describes a grommet. The grommet includes a slot extending the length of a main body which provides an entry point for a cable to be inserted into an interior cavity, a plurality of flex retention members extending into the interior cavity configured to grip and secure the cable, and one or more grip enhancement features residing between an inner surface of the main body and the flex retention members. The grip enhancement features are configured to provide additional support to the flex retention members when a cable is inserted into the interior cavity. The grip enhancement features are coupled to or integral with a respective flex retention member and extend radially outwardly therefrom, and each grip enhancement feature is configured to engage or contact the inner surface of the main body when a larger diameter cable is received within the interior cavity of the grommet.

An adapter for a cable hanger includes: first and second opposed side walls; a ceiling spanning the first and second side walls; and first and second end walls spanning the first and second side walls and merging with the ceiling. At least one of the first and second side walls and the ceiling includes a mounting hole. At least one cradle is mounted to and extends away from one of the first or second side walls, the first or second ends walls, or the ceiling.

The present disclosure describes a grommet formed of a polymeric material and adapted for securing a cable within a cable hanger. The grommet includes a main body having a generally cylindrical profile surrounding an interior cavity, the main body further having a length, a thickness, and a longitudinal axis, a slot extending the length of the main body which provides an entry point for the cable to be inserted into the interior cavity, a plurality of flex retention members extending into the interior cavity configured to grip and secure the cable within the interior cavity, and one or more grip enhancement features residing between an inner surface of the main body and the flex retention members. The present disclosure describes a telecommunications structure. The telecommunications structure includes an antenna frame including a plurality of horizontal members and a plurality of vertical members mounted on the horizontal members, wherein one or more of the vertical members are formed of a fiber-reinforced polymer and at least one piece of telecommunications equipment mounted on one of the fiber-reinforced polymer vertical members. A cable hanger includes: first and second hanger members, the first hanger member having first securing features and the second hanger member having second securing features that engage the first securing features to secure the first and second hanger members in a mated condition; the first hanger member having a first side wall with a first cutout area and a second side wall with a second cutout area; the second hanger member having a third side wall with a third cutout area and a fourth side wall with a fourth cutout area; wherein in the mated condition the first, second, third and fourth cutout areas form a first cable cavity; and wherein a first cantilevered gripping member extends from the first side wall into the first cable cavity, and a second cantilevered gripping member extends from the third side wall into the first cable cavity.
