Some methods can include assessing a vulnerability of a current password for each of a plurality of cameras, responsive to detecting that the current password for at least one of the plurality of cameras is vulnerable, automatically generating an updated password for the at least one of the plurality of cameras, and assigning the updated password to the at least one of the plurality of cameras.

Multi-farm wind power generation system

A system for automatic generation control in a wind farm is provided. The system includes a wind farm controller for controlling the plurality of energy storage elements. The wind farm controller receives an automatic generation control set point from an independent system operator, generates a farm-level storage power set point for the wind farm based on the automatic generation control set point, generates individual storage power set points for the plurality of energy storage elements based on states of charge of the respective energy storage elements, and controls the plurality of energy storage elements based on the individual storage power set points for dispatching storage power to perform automatic generation control.

A method for controlling a wind farm including a plurality of wind turbines is provided. The method includes computing an error between a farm-level base point power and a measured wind farm power, generating an aggregated farm-level active power set point for the wind farm based on the error and a frequency response set point, generating aggregated turbine-level active power set points based on the aggregated farm-level active power set point, transmitting the aggregated turbine-level active power set points, determining aero power set points and storage power set points for the respective wind turbines and energy storage elements of the respective wind turbines from the aggregated turbine-level active power set points, and controlling the plurality of wind turbines for delivering aero power based on the respective aero power set points and controlling the energy storage elements to provide storage power based on the respective storage power set points.

System and method for controlling wind turbines in wind farms

An electrical contactor includes a moveable core member having a first moveable core surface and a second movable core surface. The second moveable core surface is angled relative to the first moveable core surface. A stationary core member is mounted relative to the moveable core member. The stationary core member includes a pole arm having a first stationary core surface and a second stationary core surface. The second stationary core surface is angled relative to the first stationary core surface. In response to a magnetic field traversing a path defined by the stationary core member and the moveable core member, the first stationary core surface is magnetically biased to mate with the first moveable core surface and the second stationary core surface is magnetically biased to mate with the second moveable core surface to bring into contact an electrical contact member and an electrical contact element.

Electromagnet for an electrical contactor

A switching apparatus is disclosed. The apparatus comprises an electrical contactor including a set of main terminals per phase and an auxiliary switch including a set of auxiliary terminals per phase. Each set of the auxiliary terminals is electrically connected to a respective set of the main terminals via a resistance wire, such that each set of the auxiliary terminals is electrically connected in parallel with each respective set of the main terminals. Each resistance wire includes a first terminal at a first end configured to connect to one of the set of auxiliary terminals, and a second terminal at a second end configured to connect to a respective one of the set of main terminals. The second terminal of the resistance wire comprises a retention hook configured to hook onto the respective main terminal.
