The present disclosure relates to methods and apparatus where information relating to products and services offered by various vendors may be offered for sale to customers via computing devices owned by those customers. Products and services offered to a particular customer may be related to a product previously purchased by that customer or be related to a product that a customer has access to. In certain instances, a product that a customer has access to may include a tag, such as a circuit, a chip, or printed matter that may provide information to an electronic device of a customer. After the customer's device received the information provided by the product tag, other products or services related to the tagged product may be received by the customer device. Methods consistent with the present disclosure may allow a user of a user device to interact with various different graphical user interfaces when making purchases.

Acquiring additional products from a provider

Methods and systems for voice-based identification of related products/services are provided. Exemplary systems may include a wireless communication-based tag reader that polls for a wireless transmission-based tag and reads information associated with the wireless transmission-based tag and a processor that executes instructions to identify a product/service associated with the wireless transmission-based tag, identify a plurality of products/services stored in a product/service database identified as related to the product/service associated with the wireless transmission-based tag, filter through the plurality of related products/services based on at least one voice-based parameter to identify a set of one or more related products/services, and generate a voice-based utterance based on the identified set of one or more related products/services. Such systems may further include a speaker that plays the generated voice-based utterance resulting in presentation of an offer regarding the identified set of one or more related products/services and a microphone that is activated to capture any voice-based response after the generated voice-based utterance is played.

Communication-based identification and recommendation of related product based on purchase trend

Copies of a distributed ledger with multiple blocks are stored on multiple computing devices. A first computing device coming into proximity with a particular object triggers generation of a new block to the distributed ledger, the new block identifying a characteristic of the object and including a hash of a previous block of the distributed ledger. The new block is optionally verified before it is appended onto the distributed ledger and transmitted out to each of the multiple computing devices so that each copy of the distributed ledger includes the new block.

Tracking and authentication of asset via distributed ledger

The present disclosure relates to identifying a product or service in a store and offering to sell products and services that the customer can purchase in that store. Methods and apparatus consistent with the present disclosure allow retail stores to provide real-time information to their customers about products and/or services that may complement another product that a customer is interested in purchasing. A portable electronic device, such as a cell phone, may receive wirelessly transmitted communications from wireless transmitters that are associated with products and services that the customer approaches, touches, or scans.

The present disclosure relates to apparatus for covering a burn or other wound in ways that prevent or limit touching the wound. The present disclosure describes Burn Bandages that may include domes or structures that bridge over a wide range of a burn or wound size. In certain instances these structures may expand in one or more directions as they are adjusted to fit to a particular burn or wound size. Such bridging structures may include airways, openings, or voids that promote air/oxygen flow to the wound as the Burn Bandage sits upon surfaces or pads that contact healthy surrounding tissue while they cover a wound site. The apparatus may be any shape including, yet not limited to, a circle, a rectangle, a square, a hexagon, an octagon, an oval, a cone, a cylinder, have a semi-cylindrical shape, or that have any another geometric shape.
