A system for non-invasive hematological measurements includes a platform to receive a body portion of a user and an imaging device to acquire a set of images of a capillary bed in the body portion. For each image, a controller detects one or more capillaries in the body portion of the finger to identify a first set of capillaries by estimating one or more attributes of each capillary (e.g., structural attributes, flow attributes, imaging attributes, or combinations thereof), wherein at least one attribute of each capillary meets a predetermined criterion. The controller also identifies a second set of capillaries from the first set of capillaries such that each capillary of the second set of capillaries is visible in a predetermined number of images of the set of images.

Systems, devices and methods for non-invasive hematological measurements

A system constructs a positional contour of a variably contoured surface using data from aD capture device. A processor captures data from a tangential orientation capture device and produces a set of relative orientations. The set of relative orientations is transformed with a set of orientation manifold transformer parameters to produce a set of low dimensional orientations. The set of low dimensional orientations and a trained mapping function definition are used to produce a low dimensional point cloud. The low dimensional point cloud is transformed with a set of point cloud manifold transformer parameters, producing a reconstructed synchronized rotationally invariant point cloud.

System and method for providing reconstruction of human surfaces from orientation data

Systems, apparatus, and methods for non-invasively detecting a white blood cell (WBC) event from in vivo capillary data may include obtaining a plurality of images, followed by specifying two-dimensional (2D) coordinates corresponding to internal contour and external contour of a capillary visible in the images. The two sets of 2D coordinates may be resampled to generate two sets of resampled coordinates, between which intermediate curves, including a middle curve, are generated. Curvilinear distances may be defined based on the middle curve. Intensity values, each of which corresponds to one of the images, one of the intermediate curves, and one of the curvilinear distances, may be extracted and transformed to the Radon domain. A plurality of maxima locations in the Radon domain corresponding to a flow trajectory inside the capillary may be identified. Detection of a visual gap in the flow trajectory inside the capillary indicates a WBC event.
