The outer disc carrier is rotationally and axially fixed on the torque transfer component, and arranged for receiving rotationally fixed and axially displaceable friction discs arranged for torque transmission with counter friction discs. The application element is for axially displacing at least one of the friction discs for a frictional connection and the return spring is for releasing the frictional connection. The return spring contacts the application element, the return spring comprises a radially outer portion that bears against the contact region, and the contact region is designed to modify a preload of the return spring.

A separating clutch for a drive train of a motor vehicle includes a torque forwarding component, an outer multiple disc carrier fixed to the torque forwarding component for conjoint rotation, a first plurality of friction discs, a second plurality of friction discs arranged to transmit torque through a non-positive connection with the first plurality of friction discs, a pressing element having a first side facing the friction discs and a second side, opposite the first side, facing away from the friction discs, and a restoring spring. The pressing element is for axially displacing a one of the first or second plurality of friction discs to realize the non-positive connection, and the restoring spring contacts the pressing element for canceling the non-positive connection. The restoring spring engages through and behind the first side from the second side in a positively locking connection with the pressing element.

A hybrid module for a motor vehicle drive train includes an electric machine, a rotor bearing carrier, a first bearing, a second bearing, and an intermediate shaft. The electric machine has a rotor unit with a rotor. The roller bearing carrier is for rotatably supporting the rotor unit. The intermediate shaft is for transmitting a torque between an internal combustion engine and a transmission or an output. The internal combustion engine and, the transmission or the output, can be connected to the hybrid module. The intermediate shaft is rotatably supported by the first bearing and the second bearing. The first bearing or the second bearing is supported on the rotor bearing carrier, supported or on the rotor unit, or is arranged to be supported on an output shaft of the internal combustion engine.

A friction clutch includes a reference plane aligned perpendicular to a rotational axis, a first clutch component, and a second clutch component. The first clutch component has a first friction element, a first support part that receives the first friction element, a leaf spring unit including a leaf spring that rotationally fixes the second support part to the first support part. The second clutch component has a second friction element. The first friction element lies against the second friction element in a frictionally locking manner in a closed position, and is axially spaced from the second friction element in an open position. The leaf spring is designed and positioned relative to the reference plane in a set angle in the closed position such that an additional axial force is applied to the first friction element and the second friction element in a drive rotational direction of the first clutch component.

A clutch device for a motor vehicle drive train includes an input shaft, a first clutch arranged on the input shaft, a housing wall, a support bearing on the housing wall, an actuating force introduction mechanism, and a first actuating unit. The first clutch has a first clutch component with a carrier and a second clutch component. The first clutch component is directly connected to and axially supported on the input shaft. The actuating force introduction mechanism is rotationally fixed to the first clutch component such that an actuating force which adjusts the first clutch from its open position into its closed position is introduced directly into the input shaft via the carrier and is supported by the input shaft via the support bearing. The first actuating unit is operatively connected to the first clutch and includes a movable actuating bearing arranged to interact with the actuating force introduction mechanism.

A hybrid module has an intermediate element via which a counter plate, or at least one of the counter plates, of a coupling device is fixedly connected to a rotor element. At least one pressure plate and/or intermediate plate of the coupling device is here connected rotationally fixedly but axially displaceably to the rotor element via the at least one intermediate element. The result is a compact plate connection which is advantageous in particular for multiplate clutches. The intermediate element may be arranged radially outside the plates (pressure plate(s), counter plate(s) and any intermediate plates) of the coupling device.

A compact hybrid module includes a separating clutch with a reliably controlled actuation pressure. The hybrid module is provided with a disengagement device having a pressure pot for the transmission of force from a disengagement bearing to a pressure plate of the separating clutch or K0 separating clutch. The separating clutch itself can be actuated via the pressure pot without an additional lever ratio. Owing to a low level of hysteresis as a result of the direct actuation, the clutch can then be precisely regulated in terms of pressure.

The disclosed hybrid module includes a counterplate, or at least one counterplate in the case of multiple counterplates, of a clutch device is connected to a rotor element. The connection may be a direct connection, or a connection without intermediate elements, in which no intermediate element is provided for bridging an axial spacing between the rotor and the counterplate. Thus, coupling of an electric machine of the hybrid module and of the clutch device is realized with a minimal structural space requirement. By means of this measure, the clutch device can project into a stator of the electric machine.

A hybrid module is provided for the drivetrain of a motor vehicle, which drivetrain has an electric machine, an internal combustion engine and a transmission. The hybrid module has (i) a first unit with a rotor element and a separating clutch which is arranged within the rotor element, (ii) a second unit with a clutch device comprising at least one clutch, and (iii) a third unit with a housing part. The first unit and the second unit are connected to each other to form a preassembled overall unit, and said overall unit is installed projecting into the third unit and is connected here to the third unit. A hybrid module constructed in such a manner can be produced by means of particularly simple assembly and is very compact. A method for assembly of said hybrid module is also provided.
