Hierarchical porosity material consisting of at least two elementary spherical particles having a maximum diameter of 200 microns, at least one of said spherical particles comprises at least one matrix based on silicon oxide and exhibiting crystallized walls, said material having a macropore volume measured by mercury porosimetry ranging between 0.05 and 1 ml/g, a mesopore volume measured by nitrogen volumetric analysis ranging between 0.01 and 1 ml/g and a micropore volume measured by nitrogen volumetric analysis ranging between 0.03 and 0.4 ml/g. The preparation of said material and use of same as adsorbent or as acidic solid is also described.

Crystallized material with hierarchical porosity containing silicon

Material with hierarchical porosity consisting of at least two elementary spherical particles having a maximum diameter of 200 microns, at least one of said spherical particles comprising at least one matrix based on silicon oxide, said material having a macropore volume measured by mercury porosimetry ranging between 0.05 and 1 ml/g, a mesopore volume measured by nitrogen volumetric analysis ranging between 0.01 and 1 ml/g and a micropore volume measured by nitrogen volumetric analysis ranging between 0.03 and 0.4 ml/g, said matrix having amorphous walls. Amorphous silicon-containing material with hierarchical porosity

A mesostructured material is described, which consists of at least two elementary spherical particles, each one of said particles comprising a mesostructured matrix based on aluminium oxide, said matrix having a pore diameter ranging between 1.5 and 30 nm, and an aluminium oxide content representing more than 46 wt. % of the mass of said matrix, which has amorphous walls of thickness ranging between 1 and 30 nm, said elementary spherical particles having a diameter D greater than 10 &#x3bc;m and less than or equal to 100 &#x3bc;m (10&#x3c;D(&#x3bc;m)&#x2266;100). Said mesostructured matrix can also contain silicon oxide. Each spherical particle of the mesostructured material can also contain zeolite nanocrystals so as to form a mixed porosity material of both mesostructured and zeolitic nature. The preparation of said material is also described.

Mesostructured material having a high aluminium content and consisting of spherical particles of specific size

A mesostructured aluminosilicate material is described, which consists of at least two elementary spherical particles, each one of said spherical particles consisting of a matrix based on silicon oxide and aluminium oxide, said matrix having a pore diameter ranging between 1.5 and 30 nm, a Si/Al molar ratio at least equal to 1 and amorphous walls of thickness ranging between 1 and 30 nm, said elementary spherical particles having a diameter D such that 10&#x3c;D(&#x3bc;m)&#x2266;100. A method of preparing said material and its application in the spheres of refining and petrochemistry are also described.

Mesostructured aluminosilicate material made of spherical particles of specific size

An inorganic material that consists of at least two elementary spherical particles, each of said spherical particles comprising metal nanoparticles that are between 1 and 300 nm in size and a mesostructured matrix with an oxide base of at least one element X that is selected from the group that consists of aluminum, titanium, tungsten, zirconium, gallium, germanium, tin, antimony, lead, vanadium, iron, manganese, hafnium, niobium, tantalum, yttrium, cerium, gadolinium, europium and neodymium is described, whereby said matrix has a pore size of between 1.5 and 30 nm and has amorphous walls with a thickness of between 1 and 30 nm, said elementary spherical particles having a maximum diameter of 10 &#x3bc;m. Said material can also contain zeolitic nanocrystals that are trapped within said mesostructured matrix.

A mesostructured material that consists of at least two elementary spherical particles, each of said particles comprising a mesostructured matrix based on aluminum oxide and having a pore size of between 1.5 and 30 nm, an aluminum oxide content that represents more than 46% by weight relative to the mass of said matrix, which has amorphous walls with a thickness of between 1 and 30 nm and whereby said elementary spherical particles have a maximum diameter of 10 &#x3bc;m, is described. Said mesostructured matrix can also contain silicon oxide. Each of the spherical particles of the mesostructured material can also contain zeolitic nanocrystals so as to form a material with a mixed porosity that is both mesostructured and zeolitic in nature. The preparation of said material is also described.
