In a representative embodiment, an electronic transmitter comprises a signal source configured to provide an input signal comprising a plurality of frequency components; and a plurality of transducers each configured to receive the input signal and each configured to resonate substantially at one frequency of a subset of the plurality of frequency components. Method and apparatus to transmit, receive and process signals with narrow bandwith devices

An apparatus comprises a substrate and transducers disposed over the substrate, each of the transducers comprising a different resonance frequency. A transducer device comprises circuitry configured to transmit signals, or to receive signals, or both. The transducer device also comprises a transducer block comprising a plurality of piezoelectric ultrasonic transducers (PMUT), wherein each of the PMUTs; and an interconnect configured to provide signals from the transducer block to the circuitry and to provide signals from the circuitry to the transducer block.

A device for detecting helium in ambient atmosphere includes a resonator and a frequency detector. The resonator includes a piezoelectric film layer configured to absorb helium atoms. The frequency detector configured to detect a change in resonant frequency of the resonator when helium is absorbed into the piezoelectric film layer from the ambient atmosphere.

An optical device package. The optical device package includes a first substrate. The first substrate includes a light sensitive electronic device and several solder bumps. The electronic devices and the solder bumps are oriented on the first substrate according to a predetermined pattern. The optical device package further includes a second substrate. The second substrate includes a lens which is physically attached to the second substrate. The second substrate further includes several conductive pads which receive the plurality of solder bumps and align the light sensitive electronic device with the lens.

The disclosed photoresist process employs an i-line peak containing light source, such as that of the mercury spectrum, in conjunction with a dye capable of both absorbing i-line light and withstanding subsequent those baking procedures employed in producing portable-conforming-mask (PCM) photoetchings. Applicant has found that a series of butadiene or bromine substituted butadiene dyes in general, and N,N'-Dibutyl-N,N'-Di (1-(4,4-dicyano-1,3-butadiene))-1,6-hexanediamine, in particular, are particularly well suited to these purposes. Such dyes are most preferably used in conjunction with a second dye capable of absorbing of a non-i-line light source used to expose a bottom photoresist layer of a PCM system.

An improved method for automatically focusing an integrated circuit manufacturing projection step and repeat photolithography printer employing an optical signal to focus the printer is disclosed. The automatic focusing is achieved by reflecting an optical signal off a photoresist layer on the surface of a wafer and converting the reflected optical signal into an electronic signal employed to focus the printer. According to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, a dye which absorbs light at the wavelength the optical signal is added to the photoresist layer to improve the quality of the reflected optical signal thereby considerably reducing or eliminating focusing errors.
