A fixing method of a wire harness is provided. A wire harness structure is formed by covering a wire harness with a sheet material in which a thermoplastic adhesive is coated on one surface including a required portion so as to fix the wire harness to the sheet material. The formed wire harness structure is spread on a roof liner. By pressuring the required portion warmed, the wire harness structure is fixed to the roof liner with the thermoplastic adhesive.

Fixing method of wire harness

A wiring structure of a wire harness in which a wire harness is fixed to an adhesive member laid on a surface of a roof lining of an automobile is disclosed, wherein on at least a part of a bent portion, the plurality of electric wires are sandwiched between two belt-shaped tapes in which both side edges are fixed to each other, are spread side by side in the width direction, and are attached to an adhesive surface provided on an inner surface of at least one of the two tapes, thereby providing a restraint portion in which the bundle of the electric wires is held in a flat shape, a portion excluding the restraint portion is a non-restraint portion in which the electric wires are unrestrained, and an outer surface of one of the two tapes in the restraint portion is attached to the adhesive member.

Wiring structure of wire harness and wire harness

A wiring structure of a wire harness in which the wire harness is wired by being fixed to an adhesive member laid on a surface of a roof lining of an automobile is provided. At least a part of a plurality of electric wires constituting the wire harness in a length direction are sandwiched between two belt-shaped tapes in which both side edges in the width direction are fixed to each other, are arranged side by side in the width direction of the tapes, and are attached to an adhesive surface provided on an inner surface of at least one of the two tapes, thereby holding the bundle of the electric wires in a flat shape, and an outer surface of one of the two tapes is attached to the adhesive member, whereby the wire harness is fixed to the surface of the roof lining.

A sheeted harness comprising a single piece of sheet member, and a plurality of electric wires arranged on the sheet member. The sheet member is provided on only one side of the plurality of electric wires. The plurality of electric wires is arranged on the sheet member such that a portion of each of the plurality of electric wires is attached, separately from one another without being bundled, to the sheet member.

Sheeted harness

There is provided a wire harness structure which prevents an extraordinary displacement of a wire harness, and immediately discharges water from the wire harness when the water such as rain water splashes on the wire harness so that the freezing of the residing water and undesirable cutting of wires due to the freezing can be prevented. At an extending portionof the wire harness, a strip-like plate springand the wiresare integrally combined together, and are covered with a mesh-like protective memberso that water will not reside therein. Even when water such as rain water splashes on the extending portion, the water is discharged through mesh holes of the protective member, and will not reside in the extending portion. Therefore, the freezing of the residing water can be prevented, and the cutting of the wirescan be prevented from occurring.

Wire harness installation structure

A wire protection member includes: a flexible cylindrical wire protection tube; a cylindrical covering member that is formed on an outer circumferential surface of the wire protection tube by molding; and a locking tool that is formed integrally with the cylindrical covering member to allow the locking tool to be locked to a mounting hole of a vehicle body panel. The cylindrical covering member includes: a thick portion that is formed to be thicker in radial thickness than another outer circumferential portion in a circumferential direction on which at least the locking tool is provided to protrude; and a flat surface or a gentle curved surface that is formed in an outer surface of the thick portion and that is substantially parallel to a plane passing through an axis of the wire protection tube.

Provided is a harness protector, wherein a wire harness can easily be formed into a planar shape (with an oblate cross section), and maintained in that state. The harness protector is provided with: a protector body further provided with a roughly tabular-shaped bottom-plate section onto which a wire harness is to be placed, and a holding plate section that is integrally formed on one side of the bottom-plate section in pivotable state, and crushes the wire harness into an oblate cross-section shape, along with the bottom-plate section; and tying bands that anchor the holding plate section onto the bottom-plate section, in a state of having the holding plate section crushing the wire harness into an oblate cross-section shape.

A wiring structure of electric wire is provided in which the efficiency of wiring electric wires can be improved and the wiring space can be saved. The wiring structure of electric wire includes an electric wire having a U-shaped excessive part provided in its middle part along the relatively-moving direction of two structures, and a longitudinally-appended spring member provided longitudinally along the electric wire. Fixing positions Pand Pof opposite ends of the electric wire are set to offset positions which are deviated in position respectively in two directions perpendicular to the relatively-moving direction of the two structures, and an elastic rod member which has a circular or regular polygonal cross section, having a property of non-biased bending in direction, is used as the longitudinally-appended spring member.

A wire harness assembly includes an electric wire including: a fixed-side connecting portion to be fixed to a fixed structure; a movable-side connecting portion to be fixed to a movable structure which is movable with respect to the fixed structure; and an extension portion extended and flexed from the fixed-side connecting portion to the movable-side connecting portion in a substantially U-shape or arc shape, and having an extra length for allowing the movement of the movable structure. The wire harness assembly also includes an elastic rod member which is provided along the extension portion of the electric wire.

A purpose of the invention is to improve a bending durability of a slip-like plate spring arranged along a wire harness by preventing the slip-like plate spring from being corroded, and to provide a wire harness installation structure in which a conductor in electric wires is not liable to be broken. The wire harness installation structure includes the electric wiresthat have one ends electrically connected to an electric component provided on a stationary-side structural body and the other ends electrically connected to an electric component provided on a movable-side structural body, the slip-like plate springthat is made of metal and has one end fixed to the stationary-side structural body and the other end fixed to the movable-side structural body, and a binding memberthat is adapted to bind the electric wiresto the slip-like plate spring. In the wire harness installation structure, the electric wiresare bound by the binding memberto the slip-like plate springat a portion other than a portion of the slip-like plate springto which an extremely large load is applied when the slip-type plate springis bent and deformed in accordance with the movement of the movable structural body.

The object is to provide a wire harness installation structure which can enhance an operation efficiency when installing a wire harness and can also achieve a space-saving design of an installation region. In the wire harness installation structure in which a wire harnessformed by bundling a plurality of wiresinto a generally-circular form in a cross-sectional view is installed, the wire harnesshas a flat portionwhich is formed by thinning and flattening part thereof along an extending direction thereof and is kept in a flat shape, and by doing so, the installing operation is easy, and the installation region is made space-saving.

An electric power-feeding structure for feeding electric power to a moving body which is driven to be raised or lowered, includes: an arm having a distal end connected to the moving body movably in a direction perpendicular to a raising or lowering direction of the moving body and a proximal end adapted to be rotatably driven so as to swing, to thereby drive the raising or lowering of the moving body. An electrical wire is routed alongside the arm, and one end of the electrical wire extending from the distal end of the arm is connected to the moving body to feed electric power to the moving body. The electrical wire is routed alongside a side surface of the arm.

An electric power-feeding structure for feeding electric power to a moving body which is driven to be raised or lowered, includes: an arm having a distal end connected to the moving body movably in a direction perpendicular to a raising or lowering direction of the moving body, and a proximal end adapted to be rotatably driven so as to swing, to thereby drive the raising or lowering of the moving body. An electrical wire is routed alongside the arm, and one end of the electrical wire extending from the distal end of the arm is connected to the moving body to feed electric power to the moving body. In a vicinity of a rotating shaft of the arm, the electrical wire is routed around the rotating shaft to be bent and deformed.

A power feeding apparatus includes: a wire harness which includes a first portion, a second portion, and a bended portion connected to the first portion and the second portion, the bended portion has a substantially U-shape; a first protector which supports the first portion; and a second protector which supports the second portion. The second protector includes a guide portion having an opening. The guide portion receives the second portion so as to lead-out the second portion from the opening.

Power feeding apparatus and harness wiring structure using the same

An electric power-feeding structure for feeding electric power to a moving body which is driven to be raised or lowered, includes: an arm having a distal end connected to the moving body movably in a horizontal direction and a proximal end rotatably driven to swing, to thereby drive the raising or lowering of the moving body. An electrical wire is routed alongside the arm, and one end of the electrical wire extending from the distal end is connected to the moving body. In a vicinity of a rotating shaft of the arm, the electrical wire is fixed to the arm at a first fixing point and to a base for supporting the arm at a second fixing point. The first fixing point is provided on a straight line defined by the rotating shaft and the second fixing point when the arm is at an intermediate position of its swinging range.
