A problem to be solved by the present invention is to prevent smoke emission and ignition of a power semiconductor element that is installed inside a power conversion device connected to a battery in the field of power electronics, for example. A semiconductor holding device according to the present invention includes: a package which houses a power semiconductor element therein and dissipates heat to a cooler from a first surface of the package; a plate covering a second surface opposing the first surface of the package; and a pressing member pressing the plate against the package.

An isolation transformer wherein in a first coil group of a pair of coil groups provided in an isolation transformer, an inner peripheral side lead wire is drawn out in a positive direction of a z axis and then drawn out to an outer peripheral side of a primary side coil as a first inner peripheral side lead wire, and in a second coil group, the inner peripheral side lead wire is drawn out in a negative direction of the z axis and then drawn out to the outer peripheral side of the primary side coil as a second inner peripheral side lead wire. The first inner peripheral side lead wire and the second inner peripheral side lead wire are then connected to each other, such that respective inner peripheral side end portions are connected to each other in series.

Isolation transformer

The main electric power source is connected to a lower-voltage side of a DC/DC converter by a first switch, and an electrical double-layer capacitor and a regulator circuit is connected to a higher-voltage side of the DC/DC converter. In addition, permanent magnets are disposed on a rotor so as to generate a magnetic field that is in a reverse direction to excitation by a field coil inside a claw-shaped magnetic pole portion of the rotor. A power supply control circuit controls opening and closing of the first switch so as to be in an open state when the engine is at rest, and so as to be set to a connected state after the regulator circuit is operated to make the alternator generate electric power to precharge the electrical double-layer capacitor after the engine is started.
