Provided is a work planning system including a processor and a storage unit connected to the processor. The storage unit stores a plurality of shipping orders, work network information pertaining to a process for work necessary for shipping, and resource information pertaining to a plurality of resources that can be used for work. The processor classifies work corresponding to the plurality of shipping orders into a plurality of tasks on the basis of a prescribed condition and the work network information, generates a process plan including allocation of the resources to the process for each of the tasks on the basis of the resource information, and outputs the generated process plan.

A leading edge of a rotating blade of an impeller is formed in an arc recessed in a direction opposite to a rotating direction of the impeller. An angle where an extended line of the recessed arc of the leading edge meets another extended line of a curve of a side edge is set in an acute angle of 30 to 37 degrees in a front view so that a leading tip of the rotating blade may be projected in the rotating direction. An opening angle of a suction-side slant portion of a venturi casing is set in the range of 12 to 17 degrees and an opening angle of a discharge-side slant portion is set in the range of 30 to 35 degrees.

A plurality of struts are disposed to be stationary between a front impeller and a rear impeller in an air channel. A plurality of front blades are each formed of a swept-back blade, and a plurality of rear blades are each formed of a forward-swept blade.
