A flywheel apparatus includes a damper, and a mass ring including a first surface facing a first side in an axial direction, a second surface facing a second side and a first circumferential surface facing an inner side in a radial direction. The apparatus includes a drive plate including a first wall portion including a third surface being in contact with the second surface, and a plurality of protruding portions, each of the plurality of protruding portions including an end surface configured to fit to the first circumferential surface. The drive plate is configured such that the mass ring is concentrically attachable to the drive plate by the fitting of the end surfaces and the first circumferential surface to each other.

A damper device includes a first rotary element, a second rotary element, and a third rotary element being each rotatable about a rotary center, a first elastic member elastically expanding and contracting in response to a relative rotation of the first rotary element and the second rotary element, a first stopper being provided at the first rotary element and the second rotary element, the first stopper restricting the relative rotation of the first rotary element and the second rotary element by a contact thereof, a second elastic member elastically expanding and contracting in response to a relative rotation of the second rotary element and the third rotary element, and a second stopper being provided at the first rotary element and the third rotary element, the second stopper restricting the relative rotation of the first rotary element and the third rotary element by a contact thereof.

Damper device

A damper apparatus includes a damper portion including an elastic member to absorb a torque fluctuation by expansion and contraction of the elastic member in a circumferential direction of the damper portion, and a limiter portion connected to the damper portion to restrict a transmission of a torque which exceeds a predetermined value, the limiter portion including a first member and a second member being rotatable at a rotation center, a friction member sandwiched between the first member and the second member, and a third member connected to the first member, the third member including a spindle portion and a plate spring portion integrally formed with the spindle portion to press the first member and the second member in a state where the friction member is sandwiched between the first member and the second member.

Damper apparatus

A torque fluctuation absorber includes a first rotating member arranged to be rotatable, a second rotating member arranged in a rotatable manner relative to the first rotating member, a coil spring for buffering a torsion between the first rotating member and the second rotating member by means of an elastic force, and a cushion member arranged at an inside of the coil spring and buffering the torsion between the first rotating member and the second rotating member by means of an elastic force, wherein the cushion member includes an elastic member formed in a columnar shape, and an abrasion resistant member partly covering a side surface of the elastic member and including a greater abrasion resistance than an abrasion resistance of the elastic member.

Torque fluctuation absorber

A torque fluctuation absorber includes a first rotary member formed into an annular shape and including a first protruding portion formed at an inner circumferential surface, a second rotary member connected to the first rotary member, a third rotary member including a second protruding portion formed at an outer circumferential surface, a damper portion absorbing torque fluctuations caused by torsion generated between the second rotary member and the third rotary member, and an elastic member arranged between the first protruding portion and the second protruding portion and absorbing a shock generated when the first protruding portion directly makes contact with the second protruding portion when the damper portion absorbs the torque fluctuations caused by the torsion generated between the second rotary member and the third rotary member.

A torque fluctuation absorbing apparatus includes a first plate member, a second plate member rotatable relative to the first plate member, and a first friction member disposed between the first plate member and the second plate member and pressed against the first plate member in a slidable manner. The second plate member includes a first retaining surface that makes contact with the first friction member. The first friction member includes a plurality of grooves at a surface facing the first retaining surface of the second plate member, the grooves extending in a radial direction of the first friction member.

Torque fluctuation absorbing apparatus

A damper device includes a damper portion and a limiter portion, and the limiter portion has a first constitutive member formed to cover the damper portion or the limiter portion, a first and second friction materials fixed to a second constitutive member of the damper portion, a cover plate provided so as to be slidable to the first friction material, a support plate arranged so as to be distant from the cover plate at a radially inner portion of the support plate and so as to contact the cover plate at a radially outer portion of the support plate, a pressure plate provided so as to be slidable to the second friction material and a coned disc spring provided between the support plate and the pressure plate, wherein the first constitutive member is at least one of the cover plate and the support plate.
