There are provided a forward/reverse switchover lever pivotally operably about, as a pivotal center, a position which is inwardly of an outer periphery of a steering wheel and laterally outer side of vehicle body of a rotational axis of the steering wheel as seen in a direction along the rotational axis and a pivotal support shaft pivotally supporting the forward/reverse switchover lever at a position lower than the steering wheel such that a pivotal end of the forward/reverse switchover lever projects to the laterally outer side beyond the outer periphery of the steering wheel.

Work vehicle

Each of paired centrifugal weights are interlockingly connected to an advancing spring, which is interlockingly connected to a temperature-sensing operation device. When cold-starting the engine, the advancing spring is maintained extensible based on a state of the temperature-sensing operation in which the temperature-sensing operation device senses a temperature to operate. This advancing spring exerts a spring force, which pushes and widens the paired centrifugal weights to an advancing position. While the engine is warm, the advancing spring is held contracted based on another state of the temperature-sensing operation device, in which the temperature-sensing operation device senses a temperature to operate, so that the spring force of the advancing spring does not act on the paired centrifugal weights. A shape memory spring composed of a compression coil spring is used for the temperature-sensing operation device.

Engine timer for cold-start advance

In a divided combustion chamber for diesel engine, a main combustion chamber (2) communicates with a sub-chamber (5) through a communication hole (6), the communication hole (6) being composed of a main communication hole (7) and sub communication holes (8), a pair of sub communication holes (8),(8) being provided in the shape of grooves in opposite right and left peripheral surface portions of the main communication hole (7). Provided at boundaries between a peripheral surface of the main communication hole (7) and peripheral surfaces of the sub communications holes (8),(8) are auxiliary communication grooves (9),(9) smaller than the sub communication holes (8),(8) in width.
