In a task management device, an acquisition unit is configured to acquire vehicle information from a vehicle. A task management unit is configured to generate instruction information on priorities of a plurality of tasks executed by an in-vehicle multimedia device based on the vehicle information. A communication unit is configured to transmit to the multimedia device the instruction information for executing the task. The task management unit is configured to derive the priorities of the plurality of tasks based on the vehicle information, and to generate the instruction information on the derived priorities of the tasks.

In an input data creation device, a reception unit is configured to acquire diagnostic information of a vehicle and traffic information output from an external device. A data generation unit is configured to extract vehicle status data including a plurality of data elements indicating a vehicle status from the diagnostic information to generate input data for operating a multimedia device for a vehicle. A plurality of external terminal devices is respectively provided at different positions from the multimedia device. A data acquisition unit of the activation device is able to acquire vehicle state data simulating a vehicle state when a vehicle is traveling from the plurality of external terminal devices. An input unit inputs, to the multimedia device, activation data corresponding to the vehicle state data. The multimedia device is activated based on the input activation data.

Switching device

A semiconductor device includes a semiconductor substrate, a source electrode, a drain electrode, and a gate electrode disposed on the semiconductor substrate via a gate insulator film. The semiconductor substrate includes a first portion constituted of GaN and a second portion constituted of AlGaN (0&#x3c;x&#x2264;1). The first portion includes an n-type source region being in contact with the source electrode, an n-type drain region being in contact with the drain electrode, a p-type body region intervening between the source region and the drain region and being in contact with the source electrode, and an n-type drift region intervening between the body region and the drain region and having a carrier density that is lower than a carrier density of the drain region. The second portion includes a barrier region being in contact with each of the source electrode, the body region and the drift region.

Nitride semiconductor device

A stator includes a stator core, a plurality of phase windings, a neutral line and a fixing portion. The plurality of phase windings is wounded a plurality of times by a predetermined winding method crossing between a plurality of slots. One lead end of each phase winding is a neutral point connecting portion, and the one lead end is pulled out from an axially end portion of the stator core. The neutral line connects the neutral point connecting portions of the phase windings of different phases together. The neutral line is separate from the phase windings. The fixing portion fixes a first phase winding that is connected to the neutral line. A second phase winding is adjacent to the first phase winding together.

Stator for rotary electric machine

The stator includes a stator core, a plurality of phase windings, a neutral line and a fixing member. The plurality of phase windings are wounded a plurality of times by a predetermined winding method crossing between a plurality of slots. One lead end of each phase winding is supplied with a phase current. The other lead end of each phase winding is a neutral point connecting portion. The other lead end is pulled out from an axially end portion of the stator core. The neutral line connects the neutral point connecting portions of the phase windings of different phases together. The neutral line is separate from the phase windings. The fixing member fixes the neutral line to a yoke portion via an intermediate member. The intermediate member is made of resin.

The motor including a stator provided with a wave winding coil using a flat conductor and a stator core, and a rotor provided with a rotor shaft is configured such that the wave winding coil includes the cage coil formed of a first wave winding wire assembly wound in plural turns, this assembly being formed of a plurality of bent-end wave winding conductor wires formed in a meandering pattern and overlapped in sequence with displacements from each other, a coil end part of the cage coil at one end is bent toward the rotor with respect to in-slot portions of the stator core, and the coil end part at the one end is positioned closer to an axis of the rotor than an inner peripheral surface of the stator core is.

In a segment coil manufacturing method for manufacturing a segmented coil by bending a flat rectangular conductor using a forming die so that the segmented coil has a circular arc section, a crank section, and a protrusion-shaped section, the forming die includes an outer peripheral surface forming upper die, an inner peripheral surface forming upper die, an inner peripheral surface forming lower die, and an outer peripheral surface forming lower die, and the method includes forming the circular arc section, the crank section, and the protrusion-shaped section while holding at least two surfaces of the outer peripheral surfaces of the flat rectangular conductor by the outer peripheral surface forming upper die, the inner peripheral surface forming upper die, the inner peripheral surface forming lower die, and the outer peripheral surface forming lower die.

Segmented-coil manufacturing method and apparatus

A method for manufacturing a coil that is formed by winding a conductor in a loop shape and stacking loops of the conductor and that includes a slot placement portion to be placed in a slot of a stator core, and a coil end placement portion to be placed outside the slot. The method preferably involves a winding step, a protrusion forming step, a crank forming step, an opening step, and an arc forming step. The winding step forms a winding having slot placement and coil end placement portions. The protrusion forming step forms a protruding shape that protrudes in a radially outward direction of the winding. In the crank forming step a stepped portion. The opening step of forming the winding so that an interval between the pair of expected slot placement portions gradually increases. The arc forming step forms an arc-shaped portion curved in the stacking direction.

An information display apparatus for a vehicle which is advantageous in displaying an energy flow in an easy-to-understand way to the driver is provided. A battery icon represents a driving battery. An engine icon represents an engine. A front-wheel icon and a rear-wheel icon represent front wheels and rear wheels, respectively. An energy transmission state displaying portion indicates the transmission state of energy and is displayed while being directly bridged between the battery icon, the engine icon, the front-wheel icon, and the rear-wheel icon. The energy transmission state displaying portion indicates the presence or absence and the direction of transmission of energy between the driving battery, the engine, the front wheels, and the rear wheels.

Provided is a motor comprising: a stator equipped with a coil basket, which is a distributed winding coil that uses flat wire, and a stator core; and a rotor with a central shaft. The motor is characterized in that: the coil end at one end of the coil basket has bent sections that are bent on the rotor side in relation to wire sections inside slots of the stator core; and a lower-side concentric section and horizontal sections, which comprise the coil end at the other end, are positioned further toward the shaft center side of the rotor than the inner peripheral surface of the teeth; and the coil end at one end and the coil end at the other end comprise five flat wires that are lap wound in a flatwise direction.

Provided is an electromotive force device which is mounted to a hybrid vehicle or the like, causes an internal combustion engine to drive effectively, and thus make the vehicle travel efficiently. A start control device acquires a battery current output from a battery ammeter and a battery voltage output from a battery voltmeter in a set manual calculation period to calculate a battery average output. The start control device sets a start timing of a gas turbine on the basis of the battery average output calculated by a battery average output calculation unit and the current SOC calculated by a SOC calculation unit.

Electromotive force device

In an in-vehicle device which is carried on an automotive vehicle, an operation unit causes the vehicle to execute a predetermined operation in response to a remote control request from a user. A detection unit detects existence of a moving object in a passenger compartment of the vehicle or in areas surrounding the vehicle. An operation inhibition unit inhibits execution of the predetermined operation by the operation unit when existence of the moving object is detected by the detection unit.

In-vehicle device

A rotor includes a rotor core fixedly attached to a rotational shaft and having a plurality of hole portions arranged in the circumferential direction, a magnet inserted into a plurality of hole portions each, and a filling portion injected into the hole portion. The filling portion is injected into the hole portion from a gate facing a central part in the width direction of the magnet in the opening of the hole portion.
