An automatic analyzer includes: first reagent storing means for storing a plurality of the reagent containers; second reagent storing means for storing a replacement reagent container in addition to the first reagent storing means; transfer means for transferring the reagent container from the second reagent storing means to the first reagent means; and a storing portion for storing the reagent container discharged from the second reagent storing means. The automatic analyzer includes control means for exercising control such that the information write means writes reagent information on the information recording medium immediately before the reagent container is transferred from the second reagent storing means to the first reagent storing means or immediately before the reagent container is discharged from the second reagent storing means to the storing portion.

Disclosed is an automated analyzer intended for qualitative/quantitative analysis of blood, urine, and other biological samples, and including a reagent disk for mounting a plurality of reagent containers thereon, wherein any errors in liquid-level measurement due to oscillation of a reagent liquid surface during rotation of the reagent disk are minimized, even when reagent containers of a large capacity are mounted. If a predetermined constant cycle time is defined as one unit, the reagent disk with reagent containers mounted thereon is transported to a liquid-level detection position using at least two units when a liquid level of a reagent is measured.

A liquid dispensing apparatus is provided which makes it possible to correctly and easily detect a dispensing operation judgment failure with high accuracy without particularly using a complicated detection mechanism or means. The liquid dispensing apparatus includes a nozzle which sucks a solution in a cassette and dispenses the sucked solution into another cassette; and a cassette holder which holds the another cassette, and the nozzle is used as a first electrode and the cassette holder as a second electrode. Further, the liquid dispensing apparatus has measurement means for measuring a capacitance between the first and second electrodes during a solution dispensing operation.

The object of the invention is to provide a biomagnetism measuring device using a high-performance cylindrical shielding apparatus provided with a flange-type plate having an opening formed on a circumferential face, an auxiliary cylinder in which one or plural cylindrical members are connected so that the central axis of the opening of the flange-type plate and each central axis of the cylindrical members are coincident, cylindrical shields having first, second and third angular ranges with the y-axis, a revolving door having a cutout in a portion parallel to the y-axis and acquired by integrating the cylindrical shields, shield bases for supporting the cylindrical shield to which the flange-type plate is connected in a circular-arc part at both ends, revolving parts for revolving the revolving door in a circumferential direction of the y-axis along a circumferential part of the cylindrical shield and opening or closing an opening in the circumferential direction, a cryostat arranged inside the opening of the auxiliary cylinder and the opening and a SQUID fluxmeter arranged on a measurement face parallel to an XY plane inside the cryostat held at low temperature and characterized in that the circumferential part of the cylindrical shield is inserted between the circumferential parts of the cylindrical shields when the revolving door is closed, cylindrical internal space is formed and an environmental magnetic field that invades the internal space is screened.
