A centrifugal fan that is light in weight and has a structure that restrains vibration are provided. The centrifugal fan includes a resin upper casing, a resin lower casing, an impeller, a motor, and a circuit board. The impeller, the motor and the circuit board are housed between the resin upper casing and the resin lower casing. Radial ribs and a concentric ribs for reinforcing are formed at a bottom surface of a concave part of the lower casing. Resin pins are provided in a standing manner at these rib parts, and the circuit board is fixed to the lower casing by the resin pins.

Centrifugal fan

An air conditioning device is provided. The air conditioning device comprises a fan and is provided on an underside of a seating surface of a vehicle seat. The fan comprises a case module and a restrictor. The case module comprises a first case and a second case. The first case is located at a side of the fan where the seating surface is located. The second case is located at a side of the fan opposite to the seating surface and is assembled to the first case. The restrictor is configured to restrict assembling of the first case and the second case to each other when an orientation of the second case with respect to the first case is different from a specified orientation.

Air conditioning device

A vehicle seat air-blowing apparatus including an air blower including an impeller configured to generate air flow and an air blower opening configured to allow the air flow to flow in a ventilation passage of a seat pad of a vehicle seat, and a cover provided to the air blower opening and including a cover ventilation opening configured to allow the air flow to flow therethrough and a protection part configured to suppress application of a load to the air blower opening, wherein the vehicle seat air-blowing apparatus is configured to be attachable to the vehicle seat along the seat pad at a position where an opening of the ventilation passage provided in a rear surface of the seat pad and the cover ventilation opening of the cover face each other.

Vehicle seat air-blowing apparatus and vehicle seat

A vehicle seat is provided. The vehicle seat comprises a seat body, a fan, a duct, a mounting bracket, and a holder. The fan blows air out or draws air in. The duct couples between the seat body and the fan, and is flexible. The mounting bracket is to be mounted to a panel provided in the seat body and supports the duct. The holder is provided in at least a first one of the duct and the mounting bracket. The holder is configured to be abutted against a second one of the duct and the mounting bracket in a state where the mounting bracket is not mounted to the panel, thereby holding a mounting surface of the mounting bracket and a mounting surface of the panel such that the mounting surface of the mounting bracket and the mounting surface of the panel are approximately parallel to each other.

Vehicle seat

A centrifugal fan includes: an impeller; an upper casing that is disposed above the impeller; a lower casing that is disposed below the impeller; an outlet port that is provided between the upper casing and the lower casing and from which an air suctioned by rotation of the impeller is discharged, wherein the upper casing is provided with a flange that protrudes in an outer radial direction of the impeller from an outer circumferential edge of the upper casing, and wherein the flange partially covers the outlet port when viewed from a direction perpendicular to a rotation axis of the impeller.

A blowing control apparatus for a seat, that includes a blower, and an air hole that is provided in a seating surface and through which air blown from the blower passes, also includes a measuring portion that measures a rotation speed or a current value of the blower as a blower measurement value, and a control portion that determines a degree to which the air hole is obstructed according to the blower measurement value measured by the measuring portion, and controls rotation of the blower by a driving voltage of the blower based on the degree.
