A wireless communication system includes: a first wireless communication terminal to register an external device, wherein a subscriber information management device transmits a location of the external device to the first wireless communication terminal based on a search result of the external device based on a search request for the external device, the search request being transmitted from the subscriber information management device to a second wireless communication terminal within a search target area, the second wireless communication terminal being identified by the subscriber information management device based on registration information including certain information and location information of the external device.

Web-based CTI system

An incoming call notification apparatus which is capable of notifying an operator of a called terminal of an incoming call received when the terminal was not capable of answering an incoming call. When a terminal calls another terminal which is in use or in communication with still another terminal, an incoming call information storage apparatus stores incoming call information of the incoming call. When the called terminal becomes capable of accepting a call, a call setup message transmission apparatus reads out the stored incoming call information, produces a call setup message containing the incoming call information, and then transmits the call setup message to the called terminal. A disconnect apparatus executes incoming call abortion processing after completion of a calling (ALERT) sequence carried out in response to the call setup message during the incoming call processing.

A temporarily saved band value management table for managing temporarily saved band value is provided, as is a band management table for managing empty band value in the storage device of an ATM exchange comprising a storage device, a control device, and the like. The control device selects a corresponding empty band value for a temporarily saved band value when a first camp-on request is received from a terminal, and sets the empty band value to &ldquo;0.&rdquo; In addition, the control device adds to the temporarily saved band value a band value released by a break in communication when a camp-on request is registered, and grants permission for communication to the terminal that has issued this camp-on request when the temporarily saved band value is higher than the band value required by a registered camp-on request. The control device determines whether or not a connection request can be accepted on the basis of the empty band value stored in the band management table.

ATM exchange

In an ATM switching system, calls are equally distributed. The ATM switching system is arranged by a transmission path storing unit for storing therein a transmission path to which a first terminal is connected; a terminal storing unit for storing therein a plurality of second terminals which constitute a group and the representative of which group is predetermined; a communication time calculating unit for calculating communication time by subtracting a communication start time instant between the first terminal and the second terminals from a communication end time instant between the first terminal and the second terminal; a communication amount calculating unit for calculating a communication amount by multiplying the communication time calculated in the communication time calculating unit by a use bandwidth; and a communication amount accumulating unit for accumulating the communication amount calculated in the communication amount calculating unit with respect to each of the second terminals. In this ATM switching apparatus, such a second terminal the accumulated communication amount of which is the lowest among these second terminals is selected as a terminal for call receiving destination.
