An axial flow fan includes an impeller having a hub and vanes disposed at equal intervals on an outer peripheral portion of the hub; a rotor shaft located at the center of the impeller; a motor portion rotating the impeller around the rotor shaft as an axis; a casing surrounding an outer periphery of the impeller; a base portion supporting the motor portion; and a stationary blade located in a blowout opening side of air flow, the stationary blade connecting the base portion and the casing, wherein the stationary blade has on its surface a guide portion allowing air flow flowing along the surface to be rectified and guided from a direction of the blowout opening to an outside.

Axial flow fan

A axial flow fan includes an impeller having a plurality of blades, a motor arranged to rotate the impeller, and a casing accommodating the impeller and the motor. The casing includes a cylindrical housing, a motor base configured to hold the motor, and a plurality of spokes connecting the housing with the motor base. The plurality of spokes include a spoke having a straight shape and a spoke having a curved shape that is convex toward a rotational direction of the impeller. The axial flow fan further includes a lead wire for supplying electric power to the motor. When a radial length of the spoke having the straight shape is defined as L and an amount of the curvature of the spoke having the curved shape is defined as X, a displacement of the curved shape (X/L) is less than 0.2.

An axial flow fan motorcomprises: a casing outer frame; an impeller; a rotor shaftas a rotation axis at a center of the impeller; a bearing housingin an inside of a rotor housing; and a base portion hubin an air blowout opening side, wherein, in a cross-sectional view along the rotation axis, the base portion hubhas an outer peripheral portionat least partially inclined to the rotation axis side by an angle &#x3b8;1 toward the air blowout opening sidewith regard to a straight line parallel to the rotation axis, and the casing outer framehas an inner peripheral portionat least partially inclined to the rotation axis side by an angle &#x3b8;2 toward the air blowout opening sidewith regard to a straight line parallel to the rotation axis.
