A motor includes: a stator; a rotor axially aligned with the stator; a circuit board; and a heat dissipating plate. The stator includes: an iron core including teeth; an insulator covering one end surface, in the axial direction, of the iron core; and a coil wound around the teeth. The insulator includes an electrically insulating material having a lower rate of heat transfer than a material included in the iron core. The heat dissipating plate is attached to the insulator in a state in which the heat dissipating plate is in contact with the insulator without being in contact with the iron core, and the circuit board is attached to the heat dissipating plate in a state in which the circuit board is in contact with the heat dissipating plate without being in contact with the iron core.

Motor and electric tool equipped with the same

A brushless motor includes: a stator core having a cylindrical yoke portion and a teeth portion having a shape protruding from an inner circumferential surface of the yoke portion; and a rotor that is disposed inside the stator core, spaced apart from the teeth portion, and uses a center axis of the yoke portion as an axis of rotation. The yoke portion includes, on its outer circumferential surface, a notch portion at a position on the back side of the teeth portion. The notch portion has a circumferential width smaller than a circumferential width of the teeth portion.

Brushless motor and electrically powered tool

An electric power tool includes a motor, a speed reduction mechanism, a power output unit, a control circuit unit, and a housing. The housing provided with an air supply-exhaust hole. The motor includes a stator core wound with coils, a rotor core and an electronic circuit unit. The electronic circuit unit includes a circuit board, electronic components arranged in the circuit board and including a switching element, coil connection portions arranged in the circuit board and connected to the coils and a control circuit connection portion arranged in the circuit board and connected to the control circuit unit. The motor further includes a radiator member for dissipating heat generated in the switching element of the electronic circuit unit and an insulating cover member molded to cover the electronic components, the coil connection portions, the control circuit connection portion, the circuit board and the radiator member.

Electric power tool

A rotary impact tool includes a drive shaft rotationally driven by a rotational drive power source, a hammer arranged around the drive shaft, a ball engaging with a cam groove formed on the outer circumferential surface of the drive shaft and a cam groove formed on the inner circumferential surface of the hammer, an anvil engageable with the hammer along a rotational direction and a spring for biasing the hammer toward the anvil. The hammer is designed to rotate along a rotational locus decided by the cam groove of the drive shaft and the cam groove of the hammer. The rotational locus of the hammer as seen in a development view describes a curve in which the lead angle of the rotational locus varies continuously with the change in hammer rotation angle.

Rotary impact tool

An electric power tool includes a main body having a tubular tool body part with an output portion at one end, and a battery pack detachably attached to the main body. The main body also has a grip portion extending from the tool body part radially downwardly. The grip portion has an attachment section formed at a bottom end portion thereof. The attachment section of the main body is provided with an engaged portion, the battery pack is provided at an upper region thereof with an engaging portion for engaging with the engaged portion and at a side region thereof with an operating portion for releasing the engagement of the engaging portion with the engaged portion.
