A power switching control system, includes a switching unit configured to switch connection and disconnection between loads set with operation priorities and powers supplying powers to the loads, the loads and the powers being connected to a power supply path; a power failure detection unit detecting a power failure caused by an abnormality on a power supply side or a load side; and a control unit controlling the switching unit. When the power failure detection unit detects the power failure, and remaining capacities, charging rates, or voltages of the plurality of powers are less than, or equal to or less than predetermined thresholds, the control unit disconnects the loads from the power supply path by the switching unit in an order from one of the loads with a lowest operation priority of the operation priorities to gradually decrease supply currents from the powers to the loads.

Power switching control system

An objective of the present invention is to provide a power supply system which enables stabilization of power supply voltages of multiple areas and/or redundancy to be achieved with low costs. A power supply system includes a main battery for providing power and a sub-battery which is separate from the main battery and provides power. The power supply system further includes switching boxes in first to fourth areas as a plurality of power supply areas configured to be supplied with power from the main battery and sub-battery, the switching boxes switching on/off states of power supplies into the first to fourth areas from the main battery and from the sub-battery. Furthermore, the power supply system includes a control section for switching control of the on/off states for the switching boxes.

Power supply system

A MPU controls a changeover switch, which is an FET switch that connects a main battery and a sub-battery having a low rated voltage. The changeover switch is set to an ON state in a case where a potential difference, which is a difference between a voltage of the main battery and a voltage of the sub-battery, is equal to or greater than a positive first predetermined value. A PWM signal is output to a driver to cause the changeover switch to be in a half-ON state in a case where the potential difference is less than the first predetermined value and is greater than a second predetermined value equal to or less than 0. The changeover switch is set to an OFF state in a case where the potential difference is equal to or less than the second predetermined value.

Switch control device, switch control method, and in-vehicle power supply system

A power supply switching control system switches a power supply for supplying power to a load between a first power supply and a second power supply in a power supply system. The power supply switching control system includes a first switch provided between the first power supply and the load in the power supply path and configured to cut off a current flowing from the second power supply to the first power supply in an off state of the first switch, a second switch provided between the second power supply and the load in the power supply path and configured to cut off a current flowing from the first power supply to the second power supply in an off state of the second switch, and a control unit configured to set the second switch in an on state when the second power supply is charged.

Power supply switching control system

A power supply control system controls a redundant power supply system that includes a first power supply system and a second power supply system connected in parallel to a power supply unit. The first power supply system includes a first power supply and a first system. The second power supply system includes a second power supply and a second system. The power supply control system includes a first switch that is a MOSFET provided between the power supply unit and the first power supply, a second switch that is a MOSFET provided between the power supply unit and the second power supply, a wiring configured to supply a dark current flowing from the first power supply to the second system, a first relay of a normally-on type provided on the wiring, and a second relay of a normally-off type provided between the second power supply and the second switch.

Power supply control system

A switch failure detection device includes switches provided on branch paths, current detection units provided on the branch paths, the current detection units being configured to output a current detection signal, a storage unit configured to store an initial value of the current detection signal, the initial value being output from the current detection units, a switch control unit to turn off one of the plurality of switches one by one with at least another one of the plurality of switches being turned on and a first failure detection unit configured to compare the initial value and a value of a first current detection signal output from a corresponding one of the current detection units when the one of the switches is turned off, the first failure detection unit being further configured to detect a first failure of the plurality of switches based on a result of the comparison.

Switch failure detection device

A slave control device receives a communication signal from a master control device, and controls loads according to the received communication signal. A modulator superimposes the communication signal from the master control device on power source lines, and a demodulator demodulates the communication signal superimposed on the power source lines and supplies the demodulated communication signal to the slave control device. The modulator is provided on power source lines on a battery side, and the demodulator is provided on the power source lines on a load side. The modulator superimposes the communication signal on the power source lines which are on a side closer to the loads with respect to the modulator among the power source lines.
