[Problem to be Solved] When a wood raw material is heat-pressed in order to produce a woody material or woody board, steam is generated in an interior of the wood raw material. The heat-pressed wood raw material is then decompressed with the steam staying in the interior of the wood raw material. This causes a puncture or a rupture of the woody material. The puncture occurs in the last phase of the production process, thus spoiling the entire production process. In order to avoid the puncture, the wood raw material needs to be dried completely. This requires a large amount of energy. [Solution] In order to solve the foregoing problems, the present invention provides a heat pressing apparatus and a method for producing a woody material, the method including the steps of:

A glass run includes a main body portion and a pair of seal lips. Further, the glass run is constituted by a vehicle exterior side molded member and a vehicle interior side molded member divided at a bottom portion of the main body portion. Further, the vehicle exterior side molded member and the vehicle interior side molded member include engaging portions for engaging to be integrated with each other. By integrating the vehicle exterior side molded member and the vehicle interior side molded member by the engaging portions, the vehicle exterior side molded member is restricted from being shifted to move relative to the vehicle interior side molded member in a vehicle width direction and in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle interior side molded member.

Glass run

A vehicle has a movable member movably disposed in an opening to close or open the opening. The seal is mounted to one of the movable member and an inner edge surrounding the opening conforming to each other. The seal has a seal portion subject to elastic deformation when being pressed against the movable member or the inner edge. The seal portion is made of a vulcanizable rubber. A base portion is made of a thermoplastic elastomer. The seal portion and the base portion are integrated by coextrusion. The rubber of the seal portion is vulcanized when passing through a vulcanizer.

Seals for vehicles

In a structure for fixing a window glass to a window opening edge of a vehicle body, providing: an adhesive for bonding an outer periphery of the window glass to a glass receiving surface in the window opening edge of the vehicle body; and a dam mounted on an inner surface of the window glass along the adhesive for preventing the adhesive from projecting inwardly, in which the dam includes: a first recess formed at a first middle part of a side surface of the dam, to make the first middle part thinner than an upper surface of the dam; a second recess formed at a second middle part of a bottom surface of the dam where the dam contacts the glass receiving surface; and a pair of legs formed on both sides of the second recess, the dam can be smoothly bent along the corner of the window glass, with a less inclination thereof and a little deformation of the cross sectional configuration thereof.

Fixing structure for a window glass

Reclamation of vulcanized rubber is effected by a method which comprises heating powdered vulcanized rubber to a temperature for desulfurization of the rubber and, on completion of the desulfurization, quickly cooling the desulfurized rubber to a temperature at which substantially no oxidation of desulfurized rubber proceeds. This method obviates otherwise indispensable incorporation of process oil or other similar additive to the powdered vulcanized rubber for the purpose of retarding the oxidation of rubber molecules. When the reclaimed rubber obtained by this method is blended with newly supplied rubber, the resultant vulcanized rubber shows sparing degradation of physical properties.
