The mobile communication terminal stores the battery ID and a user ID in association with each other. The service server stores the battery ID, the user ID, and a validity of a service user's right to receive a chatting service, in association with each other. The service server is configured to acquire the battery ID and the user ID from the mobile communication terminal and execute an authentication process of determining the validity of the service user's right to receive the charging service for the portable charger that is, identified by the acquired battery ID based on the acquired user ID.
