A composite coil device includes a winding shaft portion, a first conductor portion, and a second conductor portion. A process of reducing a toner consumption amount is to be performed on a region within several tens of pixels from a rendering end. An excessive amount of toner is supplied from a toner supplying unit which faces a non-printing region of a photosensitive drum within several tens of pixels at most from an end portion of a printing region. Accordingly, if only contour pixels in the rendering end are processed by an existing processing system, the contour correction and the process of reducing a toner consumption amount may be simultaneously realized. A contour is calculated as a processing result of the existing processing system, and an existing process is performed on a contour portion. The process of reducing a toner consumption amount is performed on other portions.

An image forming apparatus applies a dither matrix to multi-valued image data. Then, the apparatus performs an exposure on a photoreceptor drum based on the image data obtained by using the applied dither matrix. The printing apparatus interpolates values between the input amounts of deviation, establishes positions at which a line in the adjustment pattern deviate one pixel in a sub-scanning direction as scan line changing points and generate new conversion information by pairing the scan line changing points with respective directions of deviation. During image generation, the printing apparatus prints an image by correcting image data according to the conversion information.

Coil component and method and apparatus for producing the same

A coil component has a first coil part and a second coil part, a middle member, and a shield member. Each of the first and second coil parts includes a drum core and a winding. The middle member is located between the first and second coil parts arranged in a state in which axes of winding drums in the respective first and second coil parts are parallel to each other. The shield member is formed at least in part of an outside surface of the winding in each of the first and second coil parts and is a resin containing a magnetic material powder. The magnetic permeability of the middle member is lower than that of the core and the shield member.

An output device outputs the pixel information generated by the conversion device to a print unit which is capable of variably adjusting a printing resolution in a predetermined range. A specification device specifies a resolution at which an image corresponding to the input code information is to be printed, in accordance with the input code information. A setting device sets the printing resolution of the print unit as one of positive integer multiples of the specified resolution in the predetermined range.
