The objective is to obtain an assembled battery that can relieve the stress acting on the circuit board in the case. This assembled battery of the present invention includes a case for retaining a plurality of single batteries side by side, an insulation cover covering one surface side of the single batteries, bus bars electrically connecting the terminals of adjacent single batteries and exposed from the insulation cover, and a circuit board disposed above the insulation cover. Mounted on a back surface of the circuit board are elastic contact members to be brought into pressure contact with the bus bars by fixing the circuit board onto the case, and the insulation cover or the bus bars are provided with claws which are support members for supporting the circuit board by coming in contact with a front surface of the circuit board.

Assembled battery

The purpose of the present invention is to provide an assembled battery including a battery holder capable of holding single battery cells while automatically aligning the cells during assembly. In the assembled battery () according to the present invention, a plurality of single battery cells () arranged in a row and battery holders () disposed between the plurality of single battery cells () are held in a state of being mutually pressed in an arranged direction. The battery holders () include a positioning means () that positions the single battery cells () by biasing the single battery cells (), while being pressed in the arranged direction, in a direction intersecting the arranged direction.

A battery module of includes a plurality of cells, a cooling plate, and a channel part formed in the cooling plate. The channel part includes a first channel part extending in an arrangement direction of the plurality of cells, a second channel part extending in parallel to the first channel part along the arrangement direction with a first partition part interposed between the first channel part and the second channel part, and a first communication part which brings one end of the first channel part of the arrangement direction and one end of the second channel part of the arrangement direction into communication with each other, and which turns a flowing direction of coolant in the first channel part and the second channel part.

Method of machining orifice and press-working method

An injector used for an internal combustion engine includes a valve needle which closes a fuel passage by contacting a valve seat and opens the fuel passage by separating from the valve seat. A coil and a magnetic core are provided to drive the valve needle, and an anchor is held in a relatively displaceable state with respect to the valve needle. A first biasing device biases the valve needle in a direction opposite to a direction of a drive force, and a second biasing device biases the anchor in the direction of the drive force with a set load smaller than that of the first biasing device. A restricting feature restricts relative displacement of the anchor with respect to the valve needle in the direction of the drive force.

Electro-magneto fuel injector

Each of the injection holes has an inclined angle with respect to a center line of an injection valve main body as well as the inclined angle of each of the injection holes is provided with a predetermined offset amount with respect to a target inclination angle of a center of gravity position of each of the injected fuel sprays. The predetermined offset amount is set based on a correction amount for correcting positional drift with respect to the target direction of the center of gravity position of the fuel spray.

Electromagnetic fuel injector and method for assembling the same

A fuel injection valve comprises a convex portion prominently formed on an outer end surface of a nozzle body, stepped recesses each of which has plural steps formed by press forming on the convex portion, and multi orifices as fuel nozzle holes formed by press forming so that an outlet of each of the orifices is located at a bottom face of each of the stepped recesses. Furthermore, the fuel injection valve has plural sets each of which comprises one of the stepped recesses and the relevant orifice, the orifices incline to each other, and a step on a downstream side in each of the stepped recesses has a larger diameter than a step on an upstream side thereof.

Fuel injection valve and method for forming orifice thereof

An injection valve has a nozzle body, a valve needle positioned in the nozzle body, an actuator for actuating the valve needle, and an orifice plate fixed at an end of the nozzle body. The orifice plate has a valve seat for cooperating with the valve needle and an orifice for injecting a fluid. The orifice plate is provided with a projection having a convex-curved surface on an orifice outlet side of the orifice plate. A flat surface portion is formed in the area of the convex-curved surface, and the outlet of the orifice is located in the flat surface portion.

Improvement of combustion stability in retard ignition at the time of starting in a cold state, high output in a full throttle condition, reduction of smoke, and prevention of wear of the cylinder liner caused by oil dilution, are to be attained. In connection with the flow of fuel into each hole and a fuel inflow angle which is determined by the axis of each hole formed in a plate, the fuel inflow angle of an hole directed to a spark plug is set large to reduce an effective flow path area, thereby making the amount of fuel in the hole smaller than in other holes. A shallow cavity is formed in a piston crown face and a small prominence confronting fuel sprays is formed within the cavity.
