A semiconductor device includes a conductive resin layer that includes an insulating resin and first fillers dispersed in the insulating resin and has first and second main surfaces, and an element layer that is arranged on the first main surface and includes a semiconductor element. The first fillers are each a fibrous conductive filler. The conductive resin layer has a first surface layer section that includes the first main surface and has a thickness which is 30% of a thickness of the conductive resin layer, a second surface layer section that includes the second main surface and has a thickness which is 30% of the thickness of the conductive resin layer, and an intermediate layer section arranged between the first and second surface layer sections. First fillers have a smaller directional angle relative to the first main surface in the first surface layer section than in the intermediate layer section.

Electroconductive laminate and touch panel using thereof

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a transparent electroconductive laminate having extremely high visibility. A transparent electroconductive laminate in which a hard coat layer, a color difference adjustment layer, and a transparent electroconductive layer are formed in this order, wherein (1) the hard coat layer being obtained by applying and curing a hard coating composition including (A) a phenol Novolac-type acrylate having two or more acrylate groups and (B) an aromatic-group-containing mono- or poly(meth)acrylate compound having 1-2 moles of a C2 or C3 alkylene oxide structure in the molecule thereof, (2) and the color difference adjustment layer includes a cured resin component (i), and metal oxide particles (ii) having an average primary particle diameter of 100 nm or less and/or metal fluoride particles (iii); having an average primary particle diameter of 100 nm or less, where the total mass of particles (ii) and (iii) in the color difference adjustment layer is 0-200 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the cured resin component (i).

Transparent electroconductive laminate

The electroconductive laminate according to the present invention is obtained by laminating a hard coat layer and an electrically conducting layer on at least one surface of a polycarbonate base. This electroconductive laminate is characterized in that the hard coat layer is formed from a hard coating composition which contains (A) a phenolic novolac acrylate having two or more acrylate groups, (B) an orthophenyl phenol acrylate containing 1-2 mol of an ethylene oxide structure in each molecule and (C) a bisphenol skeleton-containing diacrylate containing 2-4 mol of an alkylene oxide structure having two or three carbon atoms in each molecule.

A method of manufacturing a thin film transistor (TFT) substrate in which a TFT including an oxide semiconductor layer is formed, the method including: forming an insulating layer to cover the oxide semiconductor layer; and forming an opening in the insulating layer, wherein the insulating layer includes a first film, a second film which is provided above the first film and is an aluminum oxide film, and a third film which is provided above the second film and is a film including silicon, and the forming of an opening includes: forming a resist pattern above the third film; processing the third film by dry etching; and processing the second film by wet etching.

A flight control method and device for correcting a reference trajectory based on a distance from a current position to a target position in a spacecraft in flight. A CPU included in the spacecraft generates a reference trajectory which is a trajectory for allowing the spacecraft in flight to arrive at the target position on a celestial body with the atmosphere, and which is identified based on velocity or energy of the spacecraft and on drag acceleration of the spacecraft. The CPU calculates a ratio between the range that is a distance from the current position based on the reference trajectory to the target position, and the real range that is a real distance from a current position to the target position, and corrects the reference trajectory by calculating the drag acceleration in the reference trajectory using the calculated ratio.

Flight control device, spacecraft, and reference trajectory correcting method

A loudspeaker unit which requires no particular procedure for correction of the acoustic characteristic even if the installation environment of the loudspeaker unit changes, and which can correct, in addition to the frequency characteristic, a sound lag and a phase shift ascribable to the reverberation and an echo of a sound. The loudspeaker unit picks up a sound regenerating from the loud speaker with a microphone, and compares in real time a sound from a sound source with a regenerative sound, referring to a difference therebetween, with reference to the characteristic at an optional frequency and the characteristic of the reverberation or the echo each including the delay time, respectively, and corrects the signal to be sent to the loudspeaker by the result of arithmetic.
