A compression chamber includes the compression chamber partitioning member, an intermediate pressure chamber guides an intermediate pressure working fluid before injection to the compression chamber, and the intermediate pressure chamber and the compression chamber face each other with a compression chamber partitioning member interposed between the intermediate pressure chamber and the compression chamber. Further, the intermediate pressure chamber includes an intermediate pressure chamber inlet through which an intermediate pressure working fluid flows, an injection port inlet of an injection port through which the intermediate pressure working fluid is injected into the compression chamber, and a liquid reservoir formed at a position below the intermediate pressure chamber inlet, and the liquid reservoir is formed by the compression chamber partitioning member.

In an asymmetrical scroll compressor, at least one injection port through which an intermediate-pressure refrigerant is injected into a first compression chamber and a second compression chamber, at least one injection port penetrating an end plate of a fixed scroll at a position where the injection port is open to the first compression chamber or the second compression chamber during a compression stroke after a suction refrigerant is introduced and closed. A scroll compressor according to the present disclosure includes a partition wall that divides a sealed vessel into a high-pressure space and a low-pressure space, a non-orbiting scroll provided in the low-pressure space, an orbiting scroll that forms a compression chamber between the orbiting scroll and the non-orbiting scroll, and a rotational shaft. The scroll compressor further includes a main bearing that supports the orbiting scroll, an elastic body that biases one of the non-orbiting scroll and the orbiting scroll so as to separate the non-orbiting scroll and the orbiting scroll from each other, and a plurality of columnar members that are fixed at one ends of the columnar members and are movable at the other ends of the columnar members, and are disposed in a circumferential direction. The non-orbiting scroll or the orbiting scroll that is biased by the elastic body is movable between the partition wall and the main bearing in an axial direction of the rotational shaft. The elastic body is disposed between the plurality of columnar members in the circumferential direction.

Scroll compressor

A scroll compressor includes a pillar-shaped member that is inserted into a scroll-side engagement section formed on a stationary scroll. A lower end-face of an engagement section between the pillar-shaped member and the scroll-side engagement section is located above a lap end-face of a stationary spiral lap.

A scroll compressor according to the present invention includes a partition plate that partitions a sealed container into a high-pressure space and a low-pressure space, a fixed scroll adjacent to the partition plate, a orbiting scroll, a rotation restrictor, and a main bearing. The sealed scroll compressor further includes a pillar member having a lower end portion secured in a bearing-side engagement portion provided in the main bearing, and an upper end portion inserted in a scroll-side engagement portion provided in the fixed scroll. A composite containing phosphorus, lithium, iron, sulfur, and carbon as constituent elements wherein lithium sulfide (LiS) is present in an amount of 90 mol % or more, and wherein the crystallite size calculated from the half-width of a diffraction peak based on the (111) plane of LiS as determined by X-ray powder diffraction measurement is 80 nm or less. The composite exhibits a high capacity (in particular, a high discharge capacity) useful as an electrode active material for a lithium-ion secondary battery (in particular, a cathode active material for a lithium-ion secondary battery), without the need for stepwise pre-cycling treatment.

Lithium-iron-phosphorus-sulfur-carbon composite and method for producing same

An elastic body is provided which biases one of a fixed scroll and an orbiting scroll in a direction in which the fixed scroll and the orbiting scroll are spaced away from each other. With this, upon the start-up of a compressor, a gap is formed between the fixed scroll and the orbiting scroll, and thus the startability is improved.

The main object is to provide a novel material with excellent charge and discharge characteristics, such as a high utilization rate of a positive electrode, a high capacity, and good cycle characteristic, in which the material is a compound containing as the major component lithium sulfide useful as a cathode active material for lithium secondary batteries. The invention provides a lithium sulfide-iron-carbon composite containing lithium, iron, sulfur and carbon as constituent elements, with lithium sulfide (LiS), as the main phase, having a crystallite size of 50 nm or less as calculated from the half width of the diffraction peak based on the (111) plane of LiS as determined by X-ray powder diffraction.

The sulfide of the present invention comprises an amorphous (lithium) niobium sulfide having an average composition represented by formula (1): LiNbS(wherein 0&#x2264;k1&#x2264;5; 3&#x2264;n1&#x2264;10; and when n1&#x2265;3.5, k1&#x2264;0.5), or an amorphous (lithium) titanium niobium sulfide having an average composition represented by formula (2): LiTiNbS(wherein 0&#x2264;k2&#x2264;5; 0&#x3c;m2&#x3c;1; 2&#x2264;n2&#x2264;10; and when n2&#x2265;3.5, k2&#x2264;1.5). The sulfide of the present invention is a material that is useful as a cathode active material for lithium batteries, such as lithium primary batteries, lithium secondary batteries, and lithium ion secondary batteries, and has a high charge-discharge capacity, high electrical conductivity, and excellent charge-discharge performance.

In addition, a discharge hole which is provided at a center position of the end plate of the fixed scroll, and is open to a discharge chamber, a bypass hole which is provided in the end plate of the fixed scroll, and communicates with the compression chamber and the discharge chamber at a timing different from a timing at which the compression chamber communicates with the discharge hole, and a check valve which is provided in the bypass hole, and allows a flow from the compression chamber side to the discharge chamber side.

Compressor and refrigeration cycle device using same

The present invention provides a novel lithium titanium sulfide, lithium niobium sulfide, or lithium titanium niobium sulfide that contains a sulfide containing lithium, titanium and/or niobium, and sulfur as constituent elements, and that has excellent charge-discharge performance (especially excellent charge-discharge capacity and charge-discharge potential) useful as a cathode active material or the like for lithium batteries, such as metal lithium secondary batteries or lithium-ion secondary batteries. Particularly preferred are, for example, (1) lithium titanium sulfide containing lithium, titanium, and sulfur as constituent elements and having a cubic rock salt crystal structure, (2) lithium niobium sulfide containing lithium, niobium, and sulfur as constituent elements and having a diffraction peak at a specific position in an X-ray diffractogram, and (3) lithium titanium niobium sulfide containing lithium, titanium, niobium, and sulfur as constituent elements and having a diffraction peak at a specific position in an X-ray diffractogram.
