Provided is a clarifying agent composition which is capable of yielding a molded article having excellent transparency whose initial coloration is suppressed. The present invention provides a granulated resin additive composition which comprises an aromatic metal phosphate salt and a phenolic antioxidant and, when blended in a resin, allows the resulting resin composition to have excellent mechanical strengths and transparency. The granulated resin additive composition is characterized by comprising a phosphate salt compound represented by the Formula (I), a phenolic antioxidant and a fatty acid calcium salt, in which granulated resin additive composition the content of the fatty acid calcium salt is 1 to 6 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the granulated resin additive composition.

Provided is a method of producing a nucleator masterbatch, by which a nucleator masterbatch capable of improving the transparency and the physical properties of an olefin resin can be produced. This method is a method of producing a masterbatch in which a nucleator is blended in an olefin polymer, the method being characterized by comprising the step of polymerizing an olefin monomer with incorporation of a nucleator component, which is dissolved in an organoaluminum compound or in an organoaluminum compound and an organic solvent, before or during polymerization of the olefin monomer such that the nucleator component is blended in an amount of 0.05 to 20 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the olefin polymer obtained by the polymerization of the olefin monomer.

Method for producing nucleator masterbatch

A polyolefin resin composition having excellent transparency which comprises a polyolefin resin having a melt flow rate (MFR) at 230&#xb0; C. of 20 dg/min or more, (A) a dibenzylidene sorbitol compound represented by the following general formula (1), (wherein n represents an integer of 0 to 2; and R, R, R, R, and Reach independently represent a hydrogen atom or the like) and (B) an alkali metal salt compound of organic phosphoric acid ester represented by the following general formula (2), (wherein Rto Reach independently represent a hydrogen atom or the like), and wherein the sum of the amount of the component (A) and the component (B) is 0.01 to 1.0 part by mass per 100 parts by mass of the polyolefin resin, and (A)/(B), the ratio (mass ratio) between the component (A) and the component (B), is within a range from 99/1 to 80/20.
