A composite shaping apparatus includes at least one first roller that loads a prepreg with pressure, at least one second roller that loads the prepreg with pressure, and at least one motor that rotates at least one of the first roller or the second roller. The at least one first roller and the at least one second roller are rotated while at least one of rotation speed, roller diameter, or presence/absence of rotating power is made different between at least one of the first roller and at least one of the second roller.

According to one implementation, a machining apparatus includes an electromotive saw and an attaching structure. The electromotive saw cuts off a workpiece to be machined. The attaching structure attaches the saw to an arm of a robot. Further, according to one implementation, a machining method is provided. In the machining method, a machined product is manufactured by processing a composite material or a honeycomb structure with a cutting tool attached to an arm of a robot. Machining apparatus and machining method

A robot control system according to an embodiment is a control system for a robot comprising an arm, the arm being capable of holding a tool while rotating the tool and capable of moving the tool in at least two-dimensional directions, the arm being equipped with a rotating mechanism provided for the tool. The robot control system comprises a load-acquiring unit and a control-signal-generating unit. The load-acquiring unit is configured to acquire a force measured by a force sensor configured to measure a force applied from the tool to the arm during profile copying performed on a machining object by moving the arm while a copying guide attached to the arm and a copying mold placed on the machining object are kept in contact with each other. The control-signal-generating unit is configured to automatically control the arm by generating a control signal for the arm in accordance with the force acquired by the load-acquiring unit and with control information for the arm regarding the profile copying, and by outputting the control signal to the arm.

Machining robot and machining method

According to one implementation, a composite material shaping device includes three rollers and an angle adjusting structure. The three rollers apply pressures on a laminated body of prepregs, from different directions. The prepregs are laminated in a bar shape. The angle adjusting structure continuously changes an angle of a rotating axis of at least one roller out of the three rollers. Further, according to one implementation, a composite material shaping method includes applying pressures on a laminated body of prepregs laminated in a bar shape, from different directions, using three rollers; and producing a shaped laminated body of the prepregs by continuously changing an angle of a rotating axis of at least one roller out of the three rollers.
