The suspension assembly mounting method includes: a step of mounting the suspension assembly on a pallet having a support body and a movable member relatively movable with respect to the support body, so as to fix the base body to the support body and engage the arm member with the movable member; a step of causing the movable member to press the arm member upward so that the suspension assembly becomes a position where its own weight load equivalent to the vehicle body weight is applied; a step of lifting the pallet from under the vehicle body and contacting the suspension assembly to the vehicle body; a step of raising the pallet while stopping the movable member from pressing after the contacting; and a vehicle mount step of mounting the suspension assembly on the vehicle body while causing the movable member to press the arm member upward.

Suspension assembly mounting method

A workpiece mounting system mounts a sunroof member to an inner panel of a body. The workpiece mounting system is provided with a first robot, a second robot, and a control device for controlling the first and second robots. The control device performs a step of calculating as positional information the position of the sunroof member and the position of the inner panel by a CCD camera of the first robot, a step of holding and conveying the sunroof member by the first robot on the basis of the positional information and positioning the sunroof member relative to the inner panel, a step of temporarily fixing the sunroof member to the inner panel by the first robot, and a step of finally fixing the sunroof member to the inner panel by the second robot on the basis of the already calculated positional information.

A work aligning system capable of easily altering the kind of works to be aligned. The work aligning system () comprises a storage device () in which nuts () are stored, a take-out base () on which the nuts () are placed, and a robot () for grasping and taking out the nuts from the take-out base () and aligning the nuts. An electromagnet () is provided at the tip end of the robot arm () of the robot (). The storage device () is equipped with a plurality of buckets (-) in which nuts () of different kinds are stored, and a feed screw mechanism () for moving one bucket selected from the plurality of buckets (-) to a position near the take-out base (). The take-out base () is equipped with a part () on which the nuts () are placed and a drive device () for discharging the nuts () on the part () to one bucket selected from the plurality of buckets (-).

Work aligning system and method of moving work

Provided is a work measuring method by which a deviation quantity of a work measuring point from a reference position can be measured in a short time. A work surface is set as a reference point when the measuring point is positioned at the reference position, and a distance from a photographing device to a reference surface is set as a reference distance. A deviation quantity of the measurement point in a direction intersecting a photographing direction on the reference surface is measured by the photographing device, and a deviation quantity of the measuring point in the photographing direction is measured by a laser distance sensor. Then, based on the deviation quantity measured by the photographing device, the deviation quantity measured by the laser distance sensor, and the reference distance, a deviation quantity of the measuring point in a direction intersecting the photographing direction is calculated.

Working system and work-automating method

A method of installing a door glass () on a vehicle door (). The door glass is tilted relative to the front-rear direction of a vehicle to reduce the length in the front-rear direction of the door glass. The tilted door glass is lowered to position it between a pair of sashes () provided at the front and rear of the vehicle door. The tilt of the door glass is corrected to a predetermined level to fit the door glass into the front and rear sashes and then the door glass is lowered.
