A vascular embolization device includes a coil with a primary shape and an stretch resistant wire provided inside the coil, in which the stretch resistant wire is a multilayer strand including at least one core layer and at least one outer layer including one or more resin compositions and a biochemical active material, and the core layer is composed of a material with a tensile break strength higher than that of the outer layer. The vascular embolization device has the function of administering a biochemical active material and also has good flexibility.

A hood device is provided with a frame-shape base member and a hook member. A shock absorber mounting device joins a shock absorber provided between an axle and a vehicle body to the vehicle body. The shock absorber mounting device includes a magnetic rubber mount having magnetic particles thereinside and being provided between the shock absorber and the vehicle body, an electromagnetic coil configured to apply a magnetic field to the magnetic particles, and a controller configured to supply an excitation current to the electromagnetic coil.

The medical wire comprises a conductive wire and an intracorporeally indwelling member connected to the leading end part of the conductive wire through a thermally-fusible connecting member, in which the connecting member is heated and fused by a high-frequency current supplied through the conductive wire, thereby releasing the intracorporeally indwelling member, wherein a non-conductive spacer for preventing the contact of the intracorporeally indwelling member with the conductive wire is provided between them.

A vehicle window glass holder is disclosed, which is capable of easily fixing a window glass only by rotating a shaft, and easily extracting the shaft by reversely rotating the shaft to allow reuse. The holder comprises a holding member and a shaft. The shaft includes projecting pieces provided on its tip, a support portion for supporting the projecting pieces, and a main body connected to the support portion. The holding member includes a pair of opposing pieces, and each of the opposing pieces has an shaft inserting hole. The shaft is inserted into the holes of the holding member. By rotating the shaft, the shaft is engaged with the holding member, and thus the shaft is prevented from being extracted from the holding member.

The distal end portion and/or the proximal end portion of the coiled embolizing material are curved inward in a radial direction of a coil thereof. A medical wire includes a conductive guide wire and an implanted device, which are connected to each other through a joint member. The joint member is heated by applying a high-frequency current through the guide wire, whereby the joint member is melted and severed so as to detach the implanted device from the guide wire. The joint member is composed of a rod of a swelling resin, the outer diameter of which increases by at least 10% when brought into contact with water. The medical wire may be inserted into a patient's body through a catheter arranged in the patient's body, during which an impedance reducing phenomenon that occurs between the guide wire and a counter electrode provided on the patient's body is detected, thereby confirming that the implanted device has been deposited properly in the patient's body.

A high frequency heating power device for an implanted device comprises a switch circuit, an input/output circuit, a high-frequency signal generating circuit, and a check circuit. When a high frequency output circuit applies a high frequency measuring voltage between a guide wire and the body ground board, a voltage is detected which corresponds to the impedance of a circuit which is made up of lead wires, the guide wire, the patient's body, and the body grounding board. It is determined by a discriminating circuit whether or not the voltage thus detected is in a predetermined allowable voltage range. The operator is informed of the discrimination by means of a display circuit and a buzzer circuit, so that he can determine the position of the end of the guide wire with respect to the end of the catheter with ease.

A medical wire includes a conductive wire body and an implanted device connected to the distal end of the wire body through a joint member. The medical wire is inserted through a patient's tubular organ, thereby guiding the implanted device to the intended site in the patient's body. In this state, a monopolar high-frequency current is applied to the joint member through the wire body, thereby heating the joint member to cause it melt and sever, whereby the implanted device is detached from the wire body. There are thus provided a medical wire having an implanted device, which permits depositing the implanted device at the intended site in the patient's body by a simple operation within a short period of time, a mechanism which is simple in structure and highly reliable, and a method for depositing the implanted device of the medical wire is also provided.
