A toothed cable includes a cable body, and a cap provided at a tip of the cable body. The cap includes a conical tip portion, and a cylindrical body portion provided on a side of a base end of the tip portion, when the toothed cable moves in a direction from a side of the cap toward a side of the cable body in a curved guiding path of a guide member, the cap moves so as to be in sliding contact with an outer wall portion, and the toothed cable is configured such that an end region of the cable body, which end region is on the side of the cap, contacts an inner wall portion of the guide member when the cap comes into sliding contact with an edge of a concave portion of the guide member to limit an angle θ at which the cap swings.

A cable coupling mechanism comprises an operating cable, a first operated cable, a second operated cable, and a coupling device, wherein the coupling device has a housing and a slider, wherein the housing has one pair of guide surfaces, wherein the slider is configured to be rotatable around an axis perpendicular to a sliding direction and a width direction, and wherein both side edges in the width direction of the slider have curved surfaces to be convex toward each of the one pair of guide surfaces such that movement of the slider in the sliding direction is not hindered when the slider rotates around the axis. According to this cable coupling mechanism, it is possible to easily operate the two operated cables so as to synchronize the two operated cables.

Provided is a position adjustment mechanism including: a case; a moving member including a first engaging part and a second engaging part; a lock member provided in the case so as to be movable between a lock position for regulating movement of the moving member in a first direction with respect to the case and a separate position for allowing relative movement of the moving member with respect to the case; and a long member. The lock member includes: a first engaged part engaging with the first engaging part in the first direction; and a second engaged part engaging with the second engaging part in the first direction. When the lock member is at the separate position, the lock member regulates separation of the moving member from the case by engagement of the first engaging part with the first engaged part in the first direction.

Position adjustment mechanism

An actuation cable device includes a left hood lock cable having an end connected to a left hood lock device; a right hood lock cable having an end connected to a right hood lock device; an opener cable having an end connected to a hood opener; and a link device including a rotatable link member to which second ends of the above-described cables are connected. The left hood lock cable and the right hood lock cable are respectively connected to an upper portion and a lower portion of the link member in a manner so that they extend from the link member toward opposite sides to each other. The opener cable is connected to the upper portion in a manner so that it extends from the link member toward an opposite side to the side toward which the left hood lock cable extends.

A seal structure includes an insertion path which connects between a first opening and a second opening and through which a longitudinal member is inserted; and a seal part, formed at the intermediate section of the insertion path, which contacts with the outer circumference of the inserted longitudinal member. A discharge path is provided on a side wall section of the insertion path, and connects from the side surface of the side wall section to a section, of the insertion path, which is closer to an inflow opening through which flowing water is likely to flow than the seal part is to the inflow opening. The discharge path is structured in communication with a gap, formed between the outer circumference of the longitudinal member and the inner surface of the insertion path, which allows for inflow of flowing water along the direction in which the longitudinal member is inserted

Seal structure and control cable unit

A seal structure includes: a longitudinal member; and an elastic member having an insertion part into which the longitudinal member is inserted and which is brought into close contact with the outer circumference of the longitudinal member. The insertion part includes: a tubular part having openings on both ends; an insertion hole which is connected to both of the openings and through which the longitudinal member is inserted; and a seal part for sealing the longitudinal member in the inner wall of the insertion hole. The seal part has: first projections that can closely contact, in the circumferential direction, the longitudinal member inserted into the insertion hole; and second projections that can contact, on the outer circumference of the longitudinal member, the longitudinal member inserted into the insertion hole.

Seal structure

It is an object to provide a mooring device capable of connecting weight members to each other easily and tightly and of preventing electric conduction between weight members and generating no noise or heat which causes malfunction. It is an object to provide a steering mooring mechanism using the mooring device. The mooring device has fixing members fixed to two electrically conductive members to be moored, and a metal connecting member connecting the fixing members, wherein at least one of the fixing members is configured as a non-conductive fixing member having a metal fixing body fixed to the member to be moored, and a coupling body made of non-conductive material for coupling the fixing body and the connecting member in a manner not to contact each other, such that the connecting member is non-conductive with respect to the member to be moored on the side of the non-conductive fixing member.

Mooring device and steering mooring mechanism using same

An adjusting device is equipped with a rod and a holder disposed movably in the direction of the length of the rod at an end of the rod, and adjusts the allowance length of the inner cable coupled to the rod and (or) holder. The adjusting device is provided with a lock-discriminating member protruding from the periphery of the holder and a cover covering the periphery of the holder including the lock-discriminating member and the lock. The lock piece does not protrude from the periphery of the holder in the lock state and protrudes to the same height with the lock-discriminating member in the unlock state.
