A technique for accurately detecting a temperature of a sealing surface which is not affected by sealing conditions or the like is provided. A seal bar () is a rod-shaped seal bar having a sealing surface () and includes a heater () and a temperature sensor (). The heater () is provided in a main body of the seal bar () and extends in an extending direction (D) of the main body (). The temperature sensor () is provided at a position between the sealing surface () and the heater () in the main body () of the seal bar () and is inserted into the main body () of the seal bar () from an end surface (upper end surface () or the like) which intersects a long side of the sealing surface ().

A centrifugal fan includes an impeller, a motor portion, and a housing. The housing includes an upper plate portion, a lower plate portion arranged to have the motor portion fixed thereto; and a side wall portion. A flow control member is arranged to extend in a line along a boundary between an inside surface of the side wall portion and one of a lower surface of the upper plate portion and an upper surface of the lower plate portion. The flow control member includes a flow control surface arranged to extend radially outward from the one of the lower surface of the upper plate portion and the upper surface of the lower plate portion to the inside surface of the side wall portion while becoming more distant from the one of the lower surface of the upper plate portion and the upper surface of the lower plate portion.

A temperature controller capable of being connected to a computer is able to be stably operated at the time of being connected to the computer. The temperature controller is operated by a power source from the computer and operated by a general power source. A voltage used in the temperature controller includes a first voltage for processing a digital signal. The temperature controller includes a feedback circuit for monitoring a change in the first voltage of the temperature controller and when detecting that the first voltage exceeds a predetermined value, lowering the supply of the general power source, and the voltage of the power source supplied from the computer is smaller than the predetermined value.

Module substrates each having the functions of input, power supply, and output/communication corresponding to the required model are attached to a base substrate having shared bus wiring. Thus, a main CPU of an input module can discriminate the respective module substrates to perform the control operation corresponding to the model, thereby sharing the module substrates among different models.

Electronic component and the method of using it

A plurality of individually corresponding heaters and temperature sensors are provided along with a plurality of a PID control means. An average temperature/gradient temperature calculating means calculates the average temperatures of the temperatures measured by the temperature sensors and the gradient temperatures based on the measured temperatures. Each of the PID control means outputs an operation signal so that the average temperatures or gradient temperatures may be made equal to the desired values. A distributing means distributes the operation signal from each of the PID control means to each heater so that control by the PID control means may produce no effect on the control of the other PID control means.
