Provided is a bending rigid printed wiring board which facilitate the mounting of electric parts (realization of a high producibility and high assemblability substrate circuit) and enables spaces to be saved and which can be easily manufactured. That is, provided is a bending rigid printed wiring board, which is characterized in that a heat resistant resin layer is laminated on a front surface of a hard core material provided so as to contain a gap portion and also on a top surface of the gap portion, in that a heat resistant resin layer is laminated on a rear surface of the core material except the gap portion, in that a conductor layer is laminated and firmly fixed via the heat resistant resin layers and in that the conductor layer is etched, whereby a circuit is formed.

Method of manufacturing a rigid printed wiring board

The junction box housing of a junction box is provided with a strip portion containing portion which contains a lateral edge of a strip portion where a terminal connecting portion of a flexible printed circuit is contained in the inside and a terminal containing hole arranged at the outside of the strip-shaped portion containing portion which contains a first connecting terminal. Thus, the first connecting terminal and the strip portion can be contained in the junction box housing with the terminal connecting portion bent to show an S-shaped profile so that the junction box main body can be made lightweight and low-profiled to realize downsizing.

There is disclosed a junction box including a junction box main body, a connector portion, and a cable portion which connects the junction box main body to the connector portion. Terminal connecting portions are formed to extend from opposite side edges of a strip portion of a flexible printed circuit constituting the cable portion in a short direction of the strip portion, and are connected to first to third connecting terminals. The third connecting terminal is connected to a desired connecting terminal connecting portion of a circuit distribution wiring circuit of a joint connector, electricity is conducted through a plurality of circuit portions in a desired circuit mode, and a wiring design freedom degree is enhanced.
