The tilting-pad bearing includes: a plurality of tilting pads arranged around a rotary shaft; a housing including a lubricating oil-supplying hole provided at a position facing a gap formed between the tilting pads disposed next to each other; and a pair of side plates disposed so that the tilting pads are interposed therebetween. The tilting pad is provided with an internal flow passageway through which lubricating oil flow. The internal flow passageway includes a first inflow opening, a second inflow opening, and a discharge opening.

Tilting-pad bearing and turbo compressor

A turbo compressor is provided that has first, second and third stage compressor blades rotated by a large gear shaft via an acceleration device, and includes a cast integral casing () which forms an acceleration unit cover housing the acceleration device, compression unit covers housing the compressor blades, and first, second and third stage cooler chambers () which are arranged in parallel at a lower portion thereof, which communicate with the compressor unit covers by fluid passages, and into which first, second and third stage coolers are inserted from the side thereof. An oil tank () is integrally formed with the cast integral casing () so as to run along an insertion-directional innermost side of the coolers of the parallel-arranged first, second and third stage cooler chambers ().

Turbo compressor

The inner wall surfaces on the discharge sides of a cooling area have arc-like curved surfaces. The curvature of upper-side inner wall surfaces above a boundary part and the curvature of lower-side inner wall surfaces below the boundary part are set to be different from one another, the boundary part being located above the center line of cooling devices.

Compressor with cooling function

An analog switch circuit is disclosed. A plurality of cell switches ( ) and load resistors ( ) are employed. One of cell switches ( A) is active and another ( B) is nonactive by controlling switches ( ). Each of cells includes two pair of common-base transistors ( to ), which are inserted between a differential amplifier ( ) and load resistors ( ). Each of bases of common-base transistors ( to ) isolate the collector from the base. Thereby, effects of collector-to-emitter capacitances of nonactive transistors are decreased in high frequency range. The remarkably small leakages are canceled out by paired transistors and , and, and . Thus, the cross-talk between and is eliminated.

Analog switch circuit

An amplifying circuit with a level-shift circuit is disclosed. An amplifying unit includes two stages of differential amplifiers cascadedly connected. A differential amplifier of the first stage has a pair of differential input terminals. The differential amplifier of the last stage has a pair of differential output terminals. A level-shift circuit constituted of a couple of level-shifters is connected to the output terminals. The level-shift circuit level-shifts the DC level of the differential output from the amplifying unit. The level-shift circuit has a pair of output terminals to deliver the level-shifted differential output. A DC-dummy dummies the DC operation of the differential amplifier of the last stage. The DC-dummy has the power supply in common with the differential amplifier of the last stage. A level-shifter shifts the output level from the DC-dummy and delivers the level-shifted dummy output. The constitution of the level-shifter is the same as one of a couple of level-shifters in the level-shift circuit. An operational amplifier keeps a voltage of the level-shifted dummy output constant. Therefore, the operational amplifier supplies the voltage power in common to the differential amplifier of the last stage and the DC-dummy.

Amplifying circuit with distortionless outputs

A large bandwidth analog isolation circuit is disclosed. Isolation transformers (11, 12) isolate the nonfloating side on the right hand from the floating side on the left hand. The input signal (1a, 1b) and a high frequency sinusoidal signal (3a, 3b) via a transformer (16) from an oscillator (18) are applied to a multiplier (20). The floating multiplied signal is supplied to a nonfloating multiplier (60). Thereby, the signal (6a, 6b) is multiplied by the high frequency sinusoidal signal (8a, 8b). The nonfloating multiplied signal (9a, 9b) is obtainable and is filtered (67, 68) to send out the output signal (2a, 2b) reproduced from the input signal (1a, 1b). Thus, replica of the input signal is obtained in the nonfloating side.

Large bandwidth analog isolation circuit

In an amplifier including an AC amplifier, its operation level shifts according to input waveforms. When a positive input signal is, for example, inputted, the circuit feeds out a synthesized signal to the amplifier in which signal a positive and negative portions are symmetry and have a time difference. The circuit compensates an operating level of the amplifier so that it amplifies a small signal to keep always a zero level of the signal being constant in spite of various signal waveforms and amplitudes whereby a linearity of the amplifier is improved and fluctuations of a dynamic range thereof are eliminated.
