A bicycle operation device includes a clamp, an operation unit and a wireless communicator. The clamp is attachable to a handlebar of a bicycle. The operation unit includes a housing having an upper housing portion and a lower housing portion. The upper housing portion is located above the lower housing portion in a state in which the bicycle operation device is attached to the handlebar. The wireless communicator is configured to communicate with a bicycle component. The wireless communicator is provided on the upper housing portion.

A variable dot ink-jet printer having an ejection flow passage with a decrease in sectional area from an ejection port toward the interior of the flow passage and up to a boundary. A draw-in part draws an ink front position in the interior of the flow passage. A push-out part pushes out the ink front position outside the flow passage. When ejecting a small ink drop, the ink front position is drawn at a place having an increase in sectional area by the draw-in part. The ink is pushed outward by the push-out part at such a speed as to exit from an edge of an area of the boundary on the ejection port side.

A hot-dip Zn&mdash;Al&mdash;Mg plated steel sheet good in corrosion resistance and surface appearance that is a hot-dip Zn-base plated steel sheet obtained by forming on a surface of a steel sheet a hot-dip Zn&mdash;Al&mdash;Mg plating layer composed of Al: 4.0-10 wt. %, Mg: 1.0-4.0 wt. % and the balance of Zn and unavoidable impurities, the plating layer having a metallic structure including a primary crystal Al phase or a primary crystal Al phase and a Zn single phase in a matrix of Al/Zn/Zn Mg ternary eutectic structure. To obtain a plating layer possessing this metallic structure, the cooling rate of the plating layer adhering to a steel strip extracted from a plating bath and the plating bath temperature are appropriately controlled in a continuous hot-dip plating machine and/or appropriate amounts of Ti and B are added to the bath. Occurrence of a stripe pattern peculiar to this plated steel sheet is controlled by morphology control of a Mg-containing oxide film up to solidification of the plating layer or by adding an appropriate amount of Be to the plating bath.

Hot-dip Zn-A1-Mg plated steel sheet good in corrosion resistance and surface appearance and method of producing the same

A liquid jetting apparatus has a concave casing having an opened flat face, and a piezoelectric drive element for at least partly sealing the opened flat face to form a liquid reservoir to store a liquid, such as ink. An energy trapping piezoelectric device trapping a thickness vibration into projections which suppress a reflection of a vibration from end portions of electrodes provided substantially on a piezoelectric plate, and which suppress unnecessary spurious vibrations, low impedance and higher frequency, and a method of easily producing such a piezoelectric device are provided. The piezoelectric device has an energy trapping projection provided over a piezoelectric plate, and a top electrode is divided into a exciting electrode and dummy electrode. A small gap is provided between the divided electrodes, and the electrodes are electrically insulated from each other. The thickness vibration is not generally reflected, and vibrating energies due to the thickness vibrations are substantially trapped into the projections provided on the piezoelectric plate.
