An analysis device measures ion concentration in a sample to detect an abnormality using an ion selective electrode. The analysis device includes an ion selective electrode that obtains a potential based on the ion concentration, a reference electrode that obtains a potential based on a reference liquid, a measurement unit that measures an electromotive force between the ion selective electrode and the reference electrode, an analyzer that analyzes a potential change of the electromotive force in a certain time region, and a storage that stores abnormality analysis data indicating a relation between the potential change and an abnormality of the analysis device. The analyzer acquires a parameter for the potential change of the electromotive force measured by the measurement unit, and analyzes the abnormality of the analysis device based on the parameter and the abnormality analysis data stored in the storage.

Analysis device and analysis method

An object of the present invention is to provide a device for measuring electrolyte concentration capable of easily measuring a temperature difference between a sensitive membrane and liquid in the vicinity of the sensitive membrane that affects an electrolyte concentration analysis value. The device for measuring electrolyte concentration according to the present invention measures potential of an ion selective electrode at at least two or more different times while liquid is present in a flow path for introducing the liquid into the ion selective electrode, and calculates a temperature difference between the liquid and the ion selective electrode using the measured potential of the ion selective electrode at two or more different times (see FIG.).

Device for measuring electrolyte concentration

An electrolyte concentration measurement device includes: an ion-selective electrode supplied with the liquid; a reference electrode serving as a reference for a potential; a potential measuring unit configured to acquire a potential of the ion-selective electrode; a concentration calculation unit configured to calculate a concentration of ions contained in the liquid based on the potential acquired by the potential measuring unit; a potential monitoring unit configured to monitor a potential of the ion-selective electrode and generate a potential response curve; a timing signal acquisition unit configured to acquire a timing signal related to a timing of various operations; and a potential response curve analysis unit configured to detect an abnormality sign of a device based on a relationship between the potential response curve and the timing signal.

Electrolyte concentration measurement device

An automated analyzer includes a plurality of measurement units including a measurement section which measures a sample, a suction container connected to the plurality of measurement units through a first path, a vacuum exhaust system connected to the suction container through a second path, a discharge section connected to the suction container through a third path, a pressure adjustment mechanism disposed in the second path, and a control section which performs control such that the suction container is vacuum-exhausted by the vacuum exhaust system.

Automated analyzer and liquid discharge method for automated analyzer

There is provided an electrolyte measuring device that can decrease a liquid amount used for measurement, in which stable sealing can be provided in connecting passages of ion selective electrodes to each other with no gap, while maintaining high measurement accuracy of an existing ion selective electrode, and a residing sample liquid can be greatly decreased. In a flow-type ion selective electrode, a sealing member is used, which can be brought into intimate contact with a passage connecting unit to near a passage hole. A gap regulating member is provided to keep a gap between the electrodes constant and to prevent the sealing member from being excessively pressed. An electrode case has a structure suitable for the sealing member for allowing the alignment and holding of the sealing member.

Flow-type ion selective electrode, electrolyte concentration measuring device using the same, and biochemical automatic analyzer

An electrolyte concentration measurement device includes a measurement unit that includes an ion selective electrode, a reference electrode and a potential measurement unit; a record and calculation unit that obtains an ion concentration of an internal standard liquid or a specimen; and a concentration value correction/determination unit that determines whether the ion concentration of the internal standard liquid is within a preset value range, and corrects an ion concentration value of the internal standard liquid obtained by the record and calculation unit, in which the measurement unit includes an internal standard liquid bottle storage unit storing a plurality of bottles, and the concentration value correction/determination unit corrects the obtained ion concentration of the internal standard liquid after the bottle is switched, by using information of the ion concentration before the bottle accommodating the internal standard liquid is switched.

The present invention announces a method for extending the storage life of a test reagent for quantification of ionic components in samples by using an anion sensor. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an anion sensor, wherein the storage life of the anion sensor itself may be extended, to thereby extend the storage life of the anion sensor beyond that of conventional anion sensors. According to the present invention, through adjustment of the pH of the internal solution (internal gel liquid), it is possible to provide an anion sensor that maintains consistent performance, and has longer storage life.

An electrolyte concentration measuring apparatus is provided with: a plurality of ion selective electrodes and one reference electrode; a sample introduction unit that introduces a sample solution to the plurality of ion selective electrodes and the reference electrode; a potential measuring unit that measures a voltage between the plurality of ion selective electrodes and the reference electrode; and a resistance measuring unit that measures a direct-current resistance of the plurality of ion selective electrodes.
