To prevent a defect in which particles such as impurities flow into a liquid that flows in from an inlet flow path and discharged from an outlet flow path. Provided is a suck-back valve including: a housing part; a valve element part; a diaphragm part; an open-close mechanism that brings the valve element part and a valve seat part into contact or separates the valve element part and the valve seat part from each other to switch between a closed state and an open state; and a suck-back mechanism that moves the diaphragm part in a direction in which the diaphragm part separates from the valve seat part to increase a volume of a valve chamber. The valve element part and the diaphragm part are molded integrally, the open-close mechanism is disposed in an adjacent space, and the valve element part and the open-close mechanism are coupled in the adjacent space.

Provided is a flow rate adjusting device including: an ultrasonic flow metering portion; a flow rate adjusting portion; a control portion configured to control the flow rate adjusting portion so that the flow rate of the fluid measured by the ultrasonic flow metering portion matches a set value; a pressure sensor configured to measure a pressure of the fluid flowing into an upstream side of a measurement flow channel from an inflow port; and a storage portion configured to store information that associates the flow rate of the fluid obtained from the propagation time difference measured by the ultrasonic flow metering portion, the set value of the target flow rate, and the pressure measured by the pressure sensor with each other when the control portion controls the flow rate adjusting portion.

Provided is a flow rate adjusting device includes an ultrasonic flow metering portion, a flow rate adjusting portion, and a control portion for controlling the flow rate adjusting portion. The flow rate adjusting portion includes a drive portion configured to cause a valve body portion to advance or recede along an axis line parallel to an installation surface. A straight tube-shaped measurement flow channel is disposed along an axis line parallel to the axis line. A control board is disposed along an axis line parallel to the axis lines. The flow rate adjusting portion is disposed between the ultrasonic flow metering portion and the control portion in an axis line Y direction orthogonal to the installation surface.

Provided is a fluidic device including a first fluid unit having a plurality of first passages for passing fluids along a first direction, a second fluid unit having a plurality of second passages for passing the fluids along a second direction intersecting the first direction, and a plurality of on/off valves placed at a plurality of points, one at each point, where the first passages and the second passages intersect with each other. The lock cap includes: a first insertion hole into which the substantially cylindrical dial operation part is inserted; a second insertion hole into which a rod protruding upward from the housing is inserted; and an arm part which connects the first insertion hole and the second insertion hole.

Provided is a fluidic device unit structure in which a plurality of fluidic devices are integrated into a single unit and in which retention of a chemical solution or the like can be prevented. The fluidic device unit structure includes a plurality of fluidic devices connected through a channel; a base member on which the plurality of fluidic devices are integrally disposed; a fastened portion disposed inside the base member; and a fastening member fastened to the fastened portion through at least the fluidic device to thereby hold the fluidic device with the base member.

There is provided a suck back valve system in which problems in the suck back function are resolved. In a suck back system including an integral-type suck back valve in which an on/off valve that performs opening and closing operations by a first pneumatic actuator has a suck back function of preventing liquid dripping by means of a diaphragm that moves with the closing operation and a protective on/off valve provided at the upstream side adjacent to the integral-type suck back valve as a measure against malfunction in the integral-type suck back valve and performing opening and closing operations by a second pneumatic actuator, an opening and closing control unit is provided that, during the fully closing operation of the integral-type suck back valve, completes the fully closing operation of the protective on/off valve earlier than full closing of the integral-type suck back valve.

Suck back valve system and valve-closing-operation control method for the same

A suck-back valve includes a piston and a valve body linked via a shaft portion. An open/close valve, operated by fluid pressure, is provided with a suck-back function. A suck-back chamber formed in an internal channel of the open/close valve and an actuator that operates the piston are separated by a diaphragm linked to and operating with the shaft portion. The shaft portion includes a valve-body-side shaft portion and a piston-side shaft portion. The piston-side shaft portion is loosely fitted to the valve-body-side shaft portion, allowing for independent movement in an axial direction. The closing operation of the valve body involves a two-step operation where, first, the shaft portion, along with the piston and the diaphragm, moves to the fully closed position of the valve body and where, second, the piston-side shaft portion moves with the piston and the diaphragm to increase the volume of the suck-back chamber.

A suck-back valve having an open/close valve with a suck-back function is provided. The suck-back valve includes a suck-back chamber formed in a valve internal channel of the open/close valve, a piston shaft portion and an open/close pressuring member to apply pressure to a valve piece, bellows that accommodate the piston shaft portion inside and that are connected to the open/close pressuring member at one end and are supported by a casing at the other end, wherein a two-step operation is performed at the time of a closing operation of the valve piece, including a valve closing operation step in which the piston shaft portion moves to the fully closed position of the valve piece, and a suck-back operation step in which the piston shaft portion and the open/close pressuring member further move from the fully closed position of the valve piece to increase the volume of the suck-back chamber.
