A rotation mechanism includes a casing with an upper half portion and a lower half portion; and an internal unit disposed in the casing with a rotor rotating around an axis thereof. Additionally, a bearing portion rotatably supports the rotor, and an annular seal portion seals a gap surrounding a circumferential surface of the rotor. An axial movement restricting portion includes a fitting concave portion on one of the casing and the internal unit, and a fitting convex portion to be fitted into the fitting concave portion as a pair, which restricts relative movement between the casing and the internal unit in a direction of axis. A tapered surface is formed on the fitting concave portion and the fitting convex portion and a width thereof in the direction of axis increases toward an inner circumferential side in a radial direction.

Rotation mechanism and internal unit of rotation mechanism

An impeller and a rotary machine include an inner diameter portion, a disk portion, a blade portion, and a cover portion. The disk portion includes a main body portion adjacent to the blade portion, and a fixing portion disposed at a radially inward side of the main body portion and fitted at a radially outward side of an outer peripheral surface of the inner diameter portion. The fixing portion is formed so as to protrude from the main body portion toward another side in an axial direction.

Impeller and rotary machine provided with the same

A compressor casing, a compressor provided with the same, and a method of assembling the compressor are provided. The compressor casing includes a substantially tubular casing, a plurality of sealing surfaces provided on an inner circumferential surface of the compressor casing along an axial direction thereof, a sealing means provided for each of the plurality sealing surfaces, a substantially cylindrical bundle for accommodating a blade inside and for being assembled to the compressor casing so as to have contact with the plurality of sealing surfaces, and a roller provided on an outer circumferential surface of the substantially cylindrical bundle, for rolling on the inner circumferential surface of the compressor casing when the substantially cylindrical bundle is assembled to or removed from the compressor casing. The sealing surfaces are connected with one another with tapered surfaces.

Compressor and method of assembling the same

Provided is a compressor that is capable of, with a simple configuration, facilitating the insertion operation of a compressor bundle by reliably preventing tilting thereof during insertion into a chamber; and that also makes it possible to reduce a roller size without increasing the contact pressure of rollers for sliding the compressor bundle. A small tilt sensor that detects a relative angle difference &#x3b8; of the compressor bundle with respect to the bundle casing is provided at at least one location in the compressor bundle to be inserted into the chamber inside the bundle casing. In addition, the weight of the compressor bundle during the insertion into the chamber is supported by rollers provided at a bottom portion near the front end of the compressor bundle by making the rollers come in contact with an inner circumferential wall surface of the chamber.

Hydraulic cylinders are provided in a housing so as to be opposed to work rolls and backup rolls. Before a front end portion of a rollable material is engaged between the work rolls, the working oil pressure of the hydraulic cylinders is set at a high pressure value to make a pressing force on roll chocks high. After the rollable material is completely engaged between the work rolls, the working oil pressure of the hydraulic cylinders is set at a low pressure value to make the pressing force on the roll chocks low.

Rolling mill and method for operating same

Work rolls opposed to each other have shafts rotatably supported by upper and lower work roll chocks of a housing, a screw down device for applying a predetermined pressure to the upper work roll is provided in an upper portion of the housing, screw mechanisms capable of thrusting the work roll chocks in a horizontal direction are provided on an entry side or a delivery side of the housing, hydraulic cylinder mechanisms capable of thrusting the work roll chocks in the horizontal direction are provided on the other side, and contraction portions are provided in hydraulic supply and discharge pipes of the hydraulic cylinder mechanisms.
