A beverage filling system for filling a container with a carbonated beverage includes beverage supply piping that supplies the carbonated beverage, a beverage filling machine that is coupled to the beverage supply piping, and a controller that controls the beverage filling system. The beverage filling machine includes a filling nozzle and a beverage supply line, a counter gas line, and a snift line each of which is coupled to the filling nozzle. The controller causes a first piping channel including the beverage supply line to be performed CIP processing, and causes a second piping channel including the counter gas line to be performed CIP processing.

Beverage filling system and cip processing method

A sterilization method includes a circulation step of circulating a sterilizer through a circulation line () while the sterilizer is being heated by a heater (H), and a sterilization step of sterilizing a filling chamber () by supplying, to the filling chamber (), the sterilizer heated by the heater (H).

Sterilization method

A preform is heated, the heated preform is sealed in a sealing apparatus including a neck portion mold, a trunk portion mold and a bottom portion mold at a predetermined temperature range, and the heated preform sealed in the molds is blow-molded into a bottle. Any molded bottle is removed if the mold surface temperature of the neck portion mold, the trunk portion mold and the bottom portion mold are outside of the predetermined temperature range. A sterilizer is blasted to any molded bottle not removed when the mold surface temperature of all of the molds is in the predetermined temperature range.

The air-rinsing unit () is provided with an air-rinsing nozzle () that supplies hot air to the cap (). The air-rinsing nozzle () is disposed such that a distal end () thereof is in front of a proximal end () thereof in a conveying direction of the conveyance guide ().

Cap sterilization device and content filling system

A beverage filling system for filling a container with a beverage includes: beverage supply piping that supplies the beverage; a beverage filling machine that is coupled to the beverage supply piping; CIP circulation piping that is coupled to the beverage filling machine, that feeds a cleaning liquid flowed out from the beverage filling machine during CIP processing toward the beverage supply piping, and that circulates the cleaning liquid; and a controller that controls the beverage filling system. A heater that heats the cleaning liquid that flows through the CIP circulation piping and a holding tube through which the cleaning liquid heated by the heater passes are provided in the CIP circulation piping. The cleaning liquid heated by the heater is set in such a way as to pass through the holding tube while spending a predetermined residence time or longer.

Beverage filling system and CIP processing method

A deodorizing method includes a first rinsing step of supplying first rinse water for a first circulation system to a first circulation system () including at least a heat sterilizer () that heats a drink, a chemical circulation step of supplying and circulating a chemical for a first circulation system in the first circulation system (), and a second rinsing step of supplying second rinse water for a first circulation system to the first circulation system (). At the chemical circulation step, the chemical for a first circulation system is heated to a temperature of 70° C. or higher and 150° C. or lower in the first circulation system ().

Deodorizing method

In the COP treatment and the SOP treatment of the interior of a chamber of an aseptic filler, any cleaning liquid or aseptic water remaining in the chamber is quickly removed before spray of a sterilizer containing peracetic acid or hydrogen peroxide. A transfer device for transferring a container in the chamber of the aseptic filler is driven to remove the cleaning liquid sued for the COP treatment or the aseptic water used for the SOP treatment.

Cleaning and sterilizing method for aseptic filling machine and aseptic filling machine

A sterilization method includes a sterilizer supplying step of supplying a sterilizer to a sterile zone conveyor while the sterile zone conveyor is being rotated, and a sterile water supplying step of supplying sterile water to the sterile zone conveyor while the sterile zone conveyor is being rotated.

A container sterilizing device includes a transport mechanism that transports a container and a supply unit that supplies a sterilizing agent to the container that is being transported by the transport mechanism. The supply unit includes a nozzle for spraying the sterilizing agent. The nozzle does not move in a vertical direction and, without being inserted into the container, moves in synchronization with the container that is being transported by the transport mechanism.

A blow molding machine is subjected to a sterilizing treatment in a simple manner. A liquid sterilizer is filled into preforms of at least the same number as the number of spindles. An upstream piping portion of a drink supply piping of an aseptic filling machine that extends through a heat sterilization apparatus is provided with an upstream feedback path to form an upstream circulation path, an aseptic surge tank piping portion that includes an aseptic surge tank that stores a drink sterilized by the heat sterilization apparatus is provided with an aseptic surge tank feedback path to form an aseptic surge tank circulation path, a downstream piping portion that extends to a filling nozzle via a filler tank that stores the drink supplied from the aseptic surge tank is provided with a downstream feedback path to form a downstream circulation path, and the upstream piping portion, the aseptic surge tank piping portion and the downstream piping portion are individually subjected to CIP and SIP.

A sterilization line comprising upstream-side and downstream-side tanks for storing liquid which are connected by a conduit for transferring the liquid, holding tubes for sterilizing the liquid which are disposed in an intermediate section of the conduit, heating units for heating the liquid in stages which are disposed in a section of the conduit from the upstream-side tank to the holding tubes, and cooling units for cooling the product liquid in stages which are disposed in a section of the conduit from the holding tubes to the downstream-side tank. A swing bend is used to perform switching between a section of a liquid flow path located on the upstream side of multiple intermediate piping systems and a cleaning solution path for a cleaning-in-place operation and switching between a section of the liquid flow path located on the downstream side and the cleaning solution path for the cleaning-in-place operation.
