An X-ray diagnostic apparatus includes a floor rotating arm which is installed at one end on a floor surface so as to be rotatable around a first rotation axis, a C-arm which is mounted on the other end of the floor rotating arm so as to be rotatable around a second rotation axis, an X-ray tube which is mounted on one end of the C-arm, an X-ray detector which is mounted on the other end of the C-arm, and a bed which has a table top provided to be movable along a longitudinal axis. The bed is placed such that the longitudinal axis is spaced apart from the first rotation axis by a predetermined distance.

An X-ray diagnostic apparatus includes a floor rotating arm whose one end is mounted on a floor surface to be rotatable around a substantially vertical first rotation axis, a stand mounted on the other end of the floor rotating arm to be rotatable around a substantially vertical second rotation axis, an arm holder which is mounted on the stand so as to be rotatable around a substantially horizontal third rotation axis, a substantially C-shaped, C-arm which is mounted on the arm holder so as to be slidable/rotatable around a substantially horizontal fourth rotation axis, with an isocenter at which the fourth rotation axis intersects the third rotation axis being located on the first rotation axis when the C-arm is folded above the floor rotating arm, an X-ray generating unit mounted on one end of the C-arm, and an X-ray detecting unit mounted on the other end of the C-arm.

X-ray diagnostic apparatus

A controller controls a floor-mounted rotary arm mounted at one end on a floor rotatably about a substantially vertical rotation axis, a stand supported at the other end of the floor-mounted rotary arm rotatably about a substantially vertical rotation axis, a substantially C-shaped arm supported by the stand, an X-ray tube supported at one end of the C-arm, and an X-ray detector supported at the other end of the C-arm rotatably about a shooting axis passing through the X-ray focus of the X-ray tube and the center of the detection surface. The controller includes the steps of moving the X-ray tube and the X-ray detector linearly by controlling the rotation of the floor-mounted rotary arm and the rotation of the stand, and maintaining the orientation of the image in a display screen by controlling the axial rotation of the X-ray detector in synchronization with the rotation of the floor-mounted rotary arm and the rotation of the stand.

Method for controlling X-ray diagnostic apparatus

An X-ray diagnostic apparatus includes a first arm mounted with a first X-ray tube and a first X-ray detector, a second arm mounted with a second X-ray tube and a second X-ray detector, a bed having a table top capable of rising and falling on which a patient is placed, a first rotating mechanism that rotates the first arm, a first moving mechanism that subjects the first arm to parallel translation, and a control unit that controls the first rotating mechanism and the first moving mechanism on the basis of a position of the second arm.

An X-ray diagnostic apparatus includes two photographic systems, a control circuit controlling a movement of the second photographic system. A control circuit which controls movement of a photography system can move the photographic system to a temporary evacuation position closer to a photography position than an evacuation position, according to an instruction from an operator.

A triaxially controlled X-ray diagnostic apparatus comprises a support unit having a first arm, a second arm, and a third arm which are capable of rotation on three mutually orthogonal axes, an X-ray generator mounted on an end of the third arm for irradiating an object under examination with X rays, an image intensifier, mounted on the other end of the third arm so that it is opposed to the X-ray generator, for detecting X rays transmitted through the object to provide an optical image, a TV camera connected to the image intensifier for converting the optical image into a video signal to provide an X-ray image of the object, a display unit for displaying the X-ray image, and rotation correction means for making rotation correction on an X-ray image displayed on the display unit on the basis of angles of rotation of the first, second and third arms when they are rotated from their reference position.
