A resin-rubber composite includes: a resin member that has a treated surface, to which a surface treatment by means of a plasma treatment has been applied; and a rubber member that is disposed in contact with the treated surface of the resin member and includes a rubber, a filler having a silanol group, and a silane coupling agent, with a filler content of from 30 phr to 100 phr with respect to 100 phr of the rubber, and a silane coupling agent content of from 2 parts by mass to 15 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the filler.

Resin-rubber composite, tire, and method of producing resin-rubber composite

A tire having a layered structure includes: a resin member comprising at least one resin selected from the group consisting of a polyamide resin, a polyamide thermoplastic elastomer, a polyester resin, and a polyester thermoplastic elastomer; a resin adhesive layer disposed on the resin member; a rubber adhesive layer that is adhered to a side of the resin adhesive layer and that has a thickness of from 5 &#x3bc;m to 300 &#x3bc;m; and a rubber member disposed on a side of the rubber adhesive layer, wherein the tire is vulcanized, and wherein each of a hardness of the resin member (Ha), a hardness of the resin adhesive layer (Hb), a hardness of the rubber adhesive layer (Hc), and a hardness of the rubber member (Hd) is from 100 MPa to 600 MPa.

Rubber compositions with filler and ketoxime or ketoximo silane

Rubber compositions with filler and ketoxime or ketixmo silane

The present disclosure is directed to tire rubber compositions containing at least one rubbery polymer (with 10 to 100 weight percent of monomer units derived from conjugated diene monomer having between 4 and 8 carbon atoms and 0 to 90 weight percent of monomer units derived from vinyl aromatic monomer); 0.5 to 100 phr of silica filler; 0.05 to 20 phr of a bi-functional silica coupling agent; and 1 to 30 phr of a non-elastomer reactive filler reinforcing agent capable of interacting with at least two silica particles. The bi-functional silica coupling agent and the filler reinforcing agent are utilized in a weight ratio of from 1:100 to 1:0.2. Also disclosed are methods for preparing the tire rubber compositions.
