An exhaust device of a vehicle having a V-engine including a front cylinder and a rear cylinder, includes at least one muffler disposed in a rear part of the vehicle, a front-cylinder exhaust pipe which is connected to a front surface of the front cylinder and which reaches the muffler, and a rear-cylinder exhaust pipe which is connected to a rear surface of the rear cylinder and which reaches the muffler. The front-cylinder exhaust pipe is curved rearward at a curved portion from a connecting portion between the front-cylinder exhaust pipe and the front cylinder inward of the side frame in the lateral direction. The front-cylinder exhaust pipe is located outward in the lateral direction with a fixed space from the engine, and extends toward a rear part of the vehicle substantially along the side frame as viewed from above.

The muffler mounting structure is provided with a muffler, at least one muffler mounting portion provided in a body frame and having a mounting hole, and at least one mounted bracket provided in an upper part of the muffler and disposed on an upper surface of the muffler mounting portion. The mounted bracket having a fixing member insertion hole passing in the up and down direction, and at least one fixing member inserted into the fixing member insertion hole from the upper side and fixed to the mounting hole.

In an air intake apparatus for a two-wheeled motor vehicle, a body frame of the vehicle includes a hollow head box and a pair of right and left hollow main frames extending rearwards from the right and left sides of the head box. An air intake duct is positioned in front of the head box, a front inlet of an air cleaner positioned behind the head box is connected to a rear outlet of the head box, and an inside of the head box is connected to insides of the mainframes. Preferably, insides of rear edges of the main frames communicate with each other through a hollow cross pipe.
