An X-ray imaging apparatus is provided with an X-ray source, a detector, a C-shaped arm, a hose for accommodating wiring, the hose including a base side portion and an opposite side portion, a base including a C-shaped arm support portion and a hose attachment portion to which the base side portion is rotatably attached, a biasing member for biasing the base side portion of the hose to rotate about the hose attachment portion in the first rotation direction outwardly away from the C-shaped arm, and an image processing unit.

X-ray imaging apparatus

An arm moving mechanismincludes a first rotatable membermounted on baseso as to be rotatable about a first rotation axisperpendicular to the base, a second rotatable membermounted on the first rotatable memberso as to be rotatable about a second rotation axisperpendicular to the base, a C-shaped arm support framemounted on the second rotatable memberso as to be rotatable about a third rotation axisperpendicular to the base, motors for rotating them, and a controller for controlling the motors. When the first rotatable member, the second rotatable member, and the C-shaped arm support frameare moved, the radiation irradiation unitand the radiation detection unitare moved linearly between the imaging position for performing radiographic imaging and the retreat position retreated from the imaging position.

Radiographic imaging apparatus

This X-ray fluoroscopic imaging apparatus includes a first arm, a second arm, and a controller. The controller is configured to move a second base to move the second arm to a position where the second arm does not interfere with the first arm when the first arm and the second arm interfere with each other and change the angle of the second arm so that the angle of the second arm becomes a predetermined imaging angle to arrange the first arm and the second arm at positions where the first arm and the second arm do not interfere with each other to perform imaging.

X-ray fluoroscopic imaging apparatus

A storage unitarranged on a foot side of a subject placed on a top board is provided with a box composed of a block memberand a plate memberand a lidcovering an upper side of the box. The lidis provided so as to be capable of pivoting about a shaftrelative to the plate memberof the box composed of the block memberand the plate member. When the lidis in a closed state, the upper portion of the plate memberof the box composed of the block memberand the plate memberis covered by the lid. In this state, as shown in FIG., the upper surface of the lidand the surface of the top board of the storage unitare arranged at the same height, and are thus coplanar.

An X-ray fluoroscopic imaging apparatus is capable of easily setting a region of interest and maintaining a source object distance, such as in cases where a mechanism for moving a top board upward and downward is not provided or even in cases where it is desired to perform control without moving the top board upward and downward. In some examples, a C-arm supports an X-ray tube and a flat panel detector to face each other. An examination table equipped with a movable top board is movable in a longitudinal direction and inclinable. The movable top board may be moved in the longitudinal direction in a state in a which an inclination angle is maintained until a position in a perpendicular direction with respect to the movable top board after inclination changed matches a position in the perpendicular direction with respect to the movable top board before the inclination with respect to a height in the vertical direction and move a C-arm by a distance moved in parallel to a horizontal plane.
